Nice layout for a big group and well equipped. Great info provided by owner on local events and places to visit.

Access road a bit of a challenge with bigger car.

Property was spacious with lots of natural light. Bathrooms were spotless. Kitchen was very well equipped. Ramp up to the front door and hand rail. Lovely peaceful area. Close to the sea. Rye is a short drive away (we cycled along the sea front path which was a lovely route) plenty of eating places in the area and a local coop up the rd and a couple of local places to buy fresh meat,fish,veg. 1 of which serves an amazing breakfast with very friendly staff. Ideal location for visiting Rye, Camber,Hastings, Kent and lots more lovely places inland. The welcome pack left for us was the best we have ever seen which really was a lovely welcome to the property and a great start to our holiday.

The shower in the bedroom/ensuite was not as powerful as the family bathroom and took a very long time to warm up.

Ceiling fans and thick curtains were great in the heatwave keeping us cool. Great to have a second small fridge along with a a large fridge freezer. Very well equipped. Great sized kitchen, bedrooms and garden. we loved the dining room/lounge area. The barbecue was a great addition which we used. The welcome pack was so lovely with lots of local farm shop cheese, cakes, juice, etc etc, great. Great communication with Hazel and Jacqui.

Couple of mouldy (underneath) non slip bath mats in bathroom, need replacing. Other than this all really great.

location just 15 mins to beach and great kids park in between. coop, butchers and farm shop within walking distance and great choice. bird feeders outside lounge window great to watch. plenty of toys and games and kitchen well stocked with pans and crockery etc. prompt response to water heating failure.

Pooh bags by side gate. Weeds in all gravel areas. Stinging nettles by seating area. Loved the “No Mow May” lawns.
