Well appointed, very clean and a nice setting within the complex. Walking distance to Cromer.

Would have liked a non slip bath mat for when the shower is used and possibly a hand rail or similar when using the shower.

The property was well equipped, maintained and comfortable. It is in a very good location for visiting the area and having use of the facilities at the Country Club is a great plus.

Villa 9 was absolutely stunning, so cosy and had everything in there that we needed as a family of 4, my wife and children loved it. Was only a couple of minutes drive into Cromer and we had a nice walk along the hills down to the front that took about 20 minutes and the lighthouse was a bonus for my kids especially at night with the light on whilst we walked back.. The swimming pool was nice to use

Not a complaint about the accommodation as we was very happy,.the only thing we was surprised about was there was no coffee shop or bar/restaurant open during the day in the country club but that's not a big deal and no reflection on Villa 9 and the host

Loved it!

Property is very clean and well looked after! The dining/living area is lovely and we enjoyed eating and relaxing here at the end of each day. Great to have use of the on-site facilities - the pool area is particularly nice.

Didn’t like that the bathroom/toilet was on the ground floor. Property was quite shaded so was quite dark even when the sun was shining! Fridge a little small and there was only two of us but we filled it up.

We had a very pleasant stay in this very clean and well equipped Villa.

Nice clean and well presented Villa with pleasant surroundings. The hosts left some supplies and treats which was a lovely welcoming touch. We would definitely like to return if we visit the area again.

This was our first experience of renting a 'house' - it was very successful.

The accommodation was very well appointed, with a good attention to detail. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. The owner was very helpful and had left a thoughtful 'welcome' pack of tea, coffee, milk, juice and biscuits. The villa was tucked away in a secluded section of the site and overlooked a sunlit green space, with willows. Though there were neighbouring villas, which were occupied, there was no noise to disturb us. I loved having inclusive access to the on site swimming pool and the on site restaurant was reasonably priced, with a good menu (but popular - so advance booking essential). Cromer cliffs, lighthouse and woods were just a few hundred yards walk away and it was a short walk into Cromer itself, or to the beach.

A freezer section within the fridge could have been useful.

Perfect villa in a lovely location

Perfect villa has everything you need. Lovely and clean with beautiful grounds you can sit in. Vicky left a lovely welcome few bits. Highly recommend this villa. Will be coming back again

Apart from the weather we had a brilliant weekend.

Lovely surprise of a very well thought out welcome pack. Plenty of towels and extra bedding, and lots of local information. On site facilities good with great swimming pool etc

We thought the property had everything, which it very nearly did! but it would have been nice to have an iron, although we found we could hire one from reception, so all good.
