The staff really made this stay, the ladies went above and beyond to ensure we were happy! So friendly, warm and super helpful. The rooms are a decent size and ours included a private shower and two sinks. Breakfast was delicious & the hotel is in a great location - only 15 min walk from Happo One and 2 min walk from the shuttle bus terminal. Echoland strip was about a 1km walk otherwise there was plenty of pubs & restaurants in Happo village only about a 5-10 min walk.
Everything was great, there were only two little things, the first is that the wifi is a bit shoddy and the second is that the breakfast window is a bit late 7.30-8.30am meaning you have to rush to catch the 8am shuttle bus. That’s it though!

We were thrilled with our traditional Japanese experience at this lovely hotel. The ladies working were more than helpful and went above and beyond to help us figure out absolutely everything. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to future travelers.
