Ougiya Ryokan

La chambre tatami a beaucoup de charme et les futons sont confortables Le onsen était un moment clé dans ma journée, le cadre est beau et relaxant Le ryokan est super bien situé, non loin des pistes de Happo One et du Happo Bus Terminal Le ryokan est également très mignon avec une ambiance traditionnelle chaleureuse Rapport qualité-prix imbattable à Hakuba Merci à tout le personnel pour leur travail !

L'insonorisation des lieux n'est pas au top mais on s'y fait

Location was good for the Happo bus terminal and Lawsons store. Beds were comfortable. Onsen was great!

No private showering facilities only the Onsen area which might be a problem for some.

The Ryokan is connected to the Hakuba Hotel Ougiya by an underground walkway, meaning you get access to the hotel facilities (including restaurant buffet breakfast, great onsen, good dry room, reception services and coin laundry). Location is close enough to the Happo Bus Station (~350m) to walk with your snow gear (giving shuttle bus access to all the Hakuba resorts) and doable to Nakiyama lifts (~650m) to get up Happo. Communal amenities were well stocked (towels, yukata, tea/coffee, lollies/chocolates). Staff were helpful when required, and provided some fun cultural experiences (including mochitsuki - mochi making on New Year’s Day)

Room was small (even for Japanese ski accommodation), but hopefully you’re spending most of your time on the mountain.

Good location to everywhere In Hakuba. Staff are friendly

First night, we stayed at the Ougiya Ryokan, and it was shocking. The hotel was old and smelled. It's so old and long way to the bathroom and toilet and it was inconience. The room was so cold we booked for 5 nights and I had to request to change the room. The owner who then arranged and we moved to the Habuka Hotel Ougiya which is their new hotel. The price is more than we expect the room is more comfortable.
