    I think I would book this hotel every time whenever I visit Hakuba I love the facility. I love the way stop behaving with us and I mean everything the perfect place and I love everything and yes, it is very, very safe for a female solo traveler

    Fantastic stay! The living is even larger than in the photos. The room is well-heated and large. The private bathroom is a bit small but that’s ok, you could also use the shared bathrooms that are spacious and clean. The staff makes you feel like part of a community and is very helpful to your every question about Hakuba. Highly recommended and looking forward to coming back here! When it does snow, it feels like winter wonderland here at Penke Panke!

    We love Penke Panke so much! The living room is large with lots of coffee, chocolate, noodles and tea! The staff is very helpful and will assist you with shuttle service and any questions you have for your Hakuba ski experience. We got to see the first snow from the window of our room which is on the second floor. The room is large and well-heated. The bar and the lodge becomes a winter wonderland when the snow comes! We also like the community vibe at Penke Panke, with lots of winter sports fans and novice alike!

    We stayed 5 nights and would have no hesitation returning. All things considered Penke Panke helped create some wonderful memories. It has a very comfortable, homely vibe and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We’d highly recommend to anyone considering a stay. Thanks Penke Panke for such an awesome stay.
