Breakfast was supposedly included in the room rate, but the spread was very basic and inadequate, consisting of only bread and cereal. If you wanted a hot breakfast, you had to pay extra, which made us feel cheated.

Mixed feelings about my stay at Il Bosco. This hotel had a friendly but distant atmosphere. The hotel's location was not convenient, and only one shuttle service was available in the morning. Although the owners could drive you to other places, getting back to the hotel was inconvenient, as you had to take the shuttle service to Escal Plaza and then walk 15-20 minutes back. Overall, while the hotel had some positives, the inadequate breakfast and inconvenient location were far from ideal. I would consider another hotel if I came back to Hakuba again.
