La Villetta Suite

The location was perfect in terms of easy access to the airport for an early morning flight. Also there was a selection of bars and restaurants within a very short walk from the hotel. The staff on reception were very pleasant and so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Although you could get soft drinks and beer at reception, it would have been nice if there had been a simple bar with light snacks and a coffee machine. This would have been particulary helpful for early check outs when breakfast was not available.

Very clean and convenient location . Staff wonderful and very attentive. Breakfast selection excellent.

Nothing everything was good

This is brilliantly located for Ciampino Airport, either for a late arrival or an early morning departure. The staff were great at looking after us.

The pillows were rock hard so made for a slightly uncomfortable nights stay on the 2nd nights stay. First night in a different room the pillows were fine.

Breakfast: simple but good. It would further help guests if you can have a menu instead you telling what is there. Family rooms were good. Staff was respectful.

Location - very far from Rome central. Train frequency is very low especially in evening. Also no walking paths for certain segment of roads when coming from Ciampiano airport or rental car. Even though distances are short from airport and car rental places you will need cab which aren't easy to get and very expensive. For shorter distance places like airport, Ciampiano station or car rental it would be great to hotel to provide travel support. Shouldnt cost much but will go long way in making commute easier. Staff answers weren't always helpful especially when asked about restaurants in neighborhood. All were closed. After spending an hour around these closed restaurants then I was told of few other places which were good. Wish they already had informed rather then me struggling with kids.Given location is in residential place would good for staff be provide more proactive help on list of restaurants and their timings which are open and which can deliver etc...
