It's rare in Corsica to be able to combine peace and quiet, private parking in front of the door, private gardens, a large swimming pool, uninterrupted sea views and proximity to the beach and shops....
In the heart of Cap Corse, a wild land dotted with picturesque villages and Genoese towers, this region is a must-see. The villa, set on a mountainside, offers breathtaking views of the sea and the Italian islands of Capraia and Elba. If you're looking for hikes and secret beaches, this region at the end of the world offers plenty of opportunities along coastal paths or in the mountains. In particular, you can discover hidden beaches accessible only on foot, where you can enjoy a moment of tranquillity away from the tourists.
With only three neighbours within 100 m, all of whom are year-round residents, the villa guarantees peace and quiet without being isolated. Hiking trails are just a stone's throw away.
Inside:
7 real AIR CONDITIONED bedrooms (5 with sea views) with ample storage space, each with a 160cm bed or 2 90cm beds .... 3 dining rooms (including the summer dining room), 3 lounges, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 3 separate WCs, all spread over 3 levels.
Outside:
1,200 m2 of terraces or garden, fully equipped for 14 people (outdoor dining area, sun loungers, etc.).
The HEATED and SECURED swimming pool is exclusively private, measuring approximately 9 m x 6 m and with a maximum depth of 2 m, (outdoor shower - daily maintenance at your expense). Secured by an all-glass fence, the view of the sea and the maquis is guaranteed (even more appreciable in the summers when jellyfish invade the Mediterranean!).
The summer kitchen, open to the outside and the pool, also has a sea view. Fully equipped, it also has a barbecue.
Sisco Marina and its beach are 10 minutes away by car and around 1 hour on foot via a path through the woods... It's a small village with all the local shops and services (post office, hairdresser and beauty salon, 4 restaurants, tobacconist, etc. .....).
5 minutes further on is the white sandy beach of Pietracorbara.
At La Marine, the diving centre is open to all ..... You can also swim in the nearby stream.
In Santa-Severa (15 mins away), you can hire jet-skis, cabin-cruisers, sailing boats and 4x4s ....
Starting from the villa, there are numerous hiking trails (2h to 6h) leading from village to village, over ridges and peaks. The famous customs path of Cap Corse is 40 minutes away ....
Bastia and its ferry port are 19km away. Bastia-Poretta airport is 39km away.

We really enjoyed the time with our whole family. The villa offers a lot of space and the outdoor kitchen was the center of our being together.
The view from the mountain to the coast and Elba is breathtaking.

La villa, son équipement et son environnement sont conformes aux photos, et même mieux : Superbe vue sur la mer, piscine chauffée, calme, villa très bien équipée et confortable ...L'idéal pour des vacances à plusieurs familles ou amis .. Nous reviendrons.

Si tout parait magnifique sur les photos et dans le descriptif, une fois sur place ce n'est pas la même réalité. La responsabilité incombant uniquement au propriétaire qui n'assure pas un entretien suffisant, sans parler de son indisponibilité pour solutionner les problèmes. Sentiment personnel : on veut juste faire du fric sur le dos des locataires.
Le parking est malaisé (les voitures se bloquent l'une l'autre) et une partie de l'espace a été supprimée par le propriétaire via une barrière de parking.
Le ménage facturé 200eur était très sommaire à notre arrivée, certaines choses étaient même sales. A ce tarif, ajoutée au tarif, c'est inacceptable.
3 SDB mais 1 seule douche dont la pomme a explosé pendant le séjour. Pas d'eau chaude disponible dans les 3 SDB simultanément. Baignoire sans bouchon. La SDB du haut n'a pas de store permettant un minimum d'intimité par rapport au voisinage.
1 lit avait un pied qui n'était pas fixé (lit juste posé dessus). 1 chambre avec volet à persienne, sans tenture, résultat réveillé tous les jours à 6h du matin car il faisait plein jour dans la chambre.
Au niveau extérieur, tous les fauteuils et tables de jardin sont fixés au sol, rien ne peut être bougé. Pas de parasol non plus (malgré les 30-35° que nous avons connus tous les jours). Raison invoquée par le propriétaire : le vent… Jamais vu cela ailleurs !
Les carrelages de la piscine se décollent et ont même fini par s'agglutiner dans le robot nettoyeur qui semblait d'ailleurs en mauvais état et qui recrachait par en haut tout ce qu'il aspirait. La filtration ne semblait pas non plus fonctionner de manière optimale. La piscine était également infestée de guêpes toute la journée.
Encore de nombreux autres détails que je ne prendrai pas le temps d'ajouter à cette liste déjà bien trop longue.
Et le boulanger ne passe plus (quoique annoncé dans le descriptif)
