About this villa rental
Between Ile Rousse and Calvi, 500 metres from 4 beaches, in a private domain, the Marine de Davia, the property with its Bergerie Muratinca and Casetta, renovated in 2022 offers charm, authenticity and comfort.
Located in a vast terraced plot surrounded everywhere by a beautiful old dry stone wall 4 meters high gives the place an authentic character and a privileged setting, our Bergerie and its Casetta are all 2 located in a garden of 1400m2 fully fenced. They are built on an upper terrace which allows them to have beautiful sea views.
Intramuros, a field with some olive trees stretches below our property.
They have a fenced and heated private swimming pool of 8m by 4 and 4 large wooden terraces all having a sea view
There is a very simple outdoor kitchen with table and large planchas.
The terraces of the 2 houses have various uses, meals, aperitifs, relaxation. The terrace dedicated to large meals is on the Bergerie side; it has a large table of 16 people.
Many sun loungers of all kinds are available.
The Casetta has its own private terrace, dining area, lounge.
The Bergerie Muratinca and its Casetta face each other; they are rented together and are ideal for accommodating 10 people in one of which 4 children, 6 people in the Casetta including 2 children.
We imagine a bunch of friends or families with grandparents wanting to keep a little independence while spending a holiday together.
La Bergerie has 4 bedrooms available.
3 bedrooms have a large bed of 1m60 (boxsprings); the 4th has a bunk bed
We provide you with 2 travel cots for your babies. Each room (except the one with the bunk beds) has its own renovated private bathroom; They are accessed directly through the bedroom.
The 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned.
A living room with fully equipped fitted kitchen completes the set.
La Casetta, smaller than the Bergerie, offers:
2 double bedrooms, one with a 1m60 bed, the other with 2 single beds joined or not, depending on the desire of each person,
a small bedroom with bunk beds
a beautiful living room with fully equipped integrated kitchen
a bathroom.
A cute little shed (air conditioner, nice bedding) with 2 single boxspring beds can be opened for 2 children;
There is therefore the possibility of living with 10 adults and 6 children, knowing that the children do not have a private bathroom.

We stayed with 13 people (7 adults, 6 kids). La Bergerie and the Casetta are two beautiful stone houses. The rooms were nice and especially the outside area is wonderful. We enjoyed to play pétanque, table tennis and tennis. The nearby beach (15 min. walk) ist beautiful and not crowded. The white sand and the clear water are perfect to enjoy nice beach days.
The pool is nicely heated, although there was too much chlorine in it. But we told the pool guy, so we think they'll fix this problem.
The communication with the owner was easy. Anne answered quickly to any questions!
All in all a perfect stay. We'd definitely recommend it!

We loved this beautiful holiday home, and we were thoroughly impressed by both the interior and exterior. The outdoor area is adorned with sea view and large, stunning trees that provide ample shade, creating a serene and refreshing environment. Inside, the home is tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it a truly delightful place to stay. We lalso oved the proximity to the best beach in Corsica, we enjoyed that we could walk to the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for a large group, which made meal preparations a breeze. There are numerous wonderful spots around the property to relax and unwind, including a swimming pool, table tennis, and a petanque court.
Additionally, Anna and Eric are perfect and very hospitable hosts. Their warm and welcoming nature made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful and charming retreat with excellent facilities for both relaxation and recreation, and the place is perfect for a large group

Beautiful stone house with modern interiors, a pool and lovely gardens. It was absolutely perfect, we will be back very soon.
We were looking for a house to spend a week in Corsica on the occasion of a family reunion. We could not have chosen a property that met our expectations more than that of Anne and Eric’s. We were able to appreciate the tranquillity of the surroundings as well as enjoying the swimming pool, terraces and petanque field. The main beach can be reached by a 10 min walk, or a few minutes by car.
