Starting with house very clean and all required facility provided. It was wonderful stay all over. Good View outside balcony plus Good vicinity outside. Plus very accessible to departmental stores, bus and train station.
So the owners are old couple of which the old man is very polite and helpful but the lady who manages the apartment is too rude. Not helpful and very insensitive. Didn’t like her attitude at all.

Great apartment in the heart of interlaken
The apartment is very spacious for 2 people. It is great to have some outside space with a view of jungfrau. The sleeping area is separate from the living area (on a mezzanine) which was nice. The kitchen was very small but functional and well equipped. Mr Garcia who met us at check in and check out was easy to contact and responded promptly. The property is a short walk from interlaken west, and about 15mins from interlaken Ost.
The stairs to the sleeping area are quite tight when carrying luggage. The beds are two singles so tend to slide apart. The kitchen has a dishwasher, which we didn't use - access to a washing machine would have been preferable

There was nothing we didn’t like - we’d definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.
