    娘の進学で京都へ、二日間滞在しましたが静かで、スタッフのかたも親切で困ったことがあってもすぐに対応してくれるし、とても気持ちの良い滞在でした。 朝食も美味しかった💕そして、駅に近いのも助かりました。 とても良かったです。 また、京都に行く際はアルモントホテルにお世話になりたいと思います。 ありがとうございました😊

    We had a fantastic stay at Almont Hotel Kyoto. I especially want to comment the wonderful receptionist who helped us at the front desk during our check-out on 25 May(8am). I unfortunately didn't catch her name, but she's a female receptionist who spoke fluent English is incredibly warm and polite. The night before, I asked her about luggage delivery to Osaka. She kindly prepared the delivery slip for us in advance. Because of her help, dropping off our luggage the next morning was very quick and easy. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!
