    I love our stay here!!! Worth every penny. They have a lot of tea in the common area. Kind staffs. The room is kinda big. Near in the train station and bus stop. And also near in the konbinis!

    The front desk service on the day of check-out was extremely disappointing. A Japanese male staff member at the front desk repeatedly rushed me to check out and behaved in a very rude and unpleasant manner. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or willingness to provide proper customer service. I found the attitude completely inappropriate for a hotel, and I would like to formally complain about this issue and ask the hotel to take appropriate action. In addition, there is no washing machine in the building, which was very inconvenient. For guests staying several nights or longer, the lack of laundry facilities is a significant disadvantage. In particular, I strongly recommend that the hotel review the staff member’s behavior and provide proper customer-service training to prevent similar experiences in the future. チェックアウト当日のフロント対応が非常に残念でした。 日本人男性スタッフがチェックアウトを急かすような対応を繰り返し、態度も非常に悪く、不快な思いをしました。接客としての配慮やサービス精神が全く感じられず、宿泊客に対する基本的な対応として問題があると思います。この点については、ホテル側に正式に改善を求めたいです。 また、館内に洗濯機がない点も不便でした。長期滞在や連泊する宿泊客にとっては、洗濯設備がないことは大きなマイナスポイントです。 特にチェックアウト時のスタッフの対応については、ホテルとして適切な接客教育を徹底していただきたいです。

    駅から少し歩きますが許容範囲。周りに食事出来るところは余り無いので、駅中などで済ませた方が良いでしょう。途中コンビニあります。部屋は至って普通でしたが予約時破格の値段でしたので十分だとすぎるくらいでした。行きたかったチームラボに近かったのもとても良かったです。
