Exceptional

Amazing location, beautiful view from the window and directly from the bed on the mountain panorama. To the excellent skideposite about 5 minutes walk in normal shoes. Cosy, tastefully furnished room with balcony guarantees a comfortable and pleasant sleeping experience. The room is cleaned daily, including a change of towels and bed linen. Relaxation in the wellness is almost flawless, with a jacuzzi would be one hundred percent. The breakfast buffet is tasty, good quality and varied. The informal family environment is provided by the helpful and friendly staff. An absolutely perfect winter holiday!

Great Hotel in Fiss, Austria Close to Ski Lift and Berta's Kinderland Ski School

Great location 5-minute walk to the ski lift. Underground parking, elevator from garage to room floor, ski locker card key at ski lift site to keep boots and skis, good breakfast, clean and good size room with balcony.

lovely owners, warm and friendly people and nice clean rooms. Amazingly comfortable beds!

We arrived late and left early the next day and because you pay 50€ for a room clean as you leave, we found it quite expensive for just one night. But if you were staying for 3 or more nights, this 59€ wouldn’t seem so expensive. It’s just that for one night, it did make it an expensive overnight stay. But delightful people and probably better value if you were coming for longer.

We enjoyed everything! The room looked just as great as in the pictures and we could see the mountain right from our windows. Perfectly clean every day, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff!

It could be useful for other guests to know that the SPA area is used without bathing suits (both genders together), which is something not common in other countries. We could not use the SPA for this reason...

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Hotelbesitzer und -angestellten waren enorm freundlich und zuvorkommend in allen Anliegen. Das Zimmer geräumig, sauber und vom Ambiente sehr gemütlich. Die Lage war ruhig und trotzdem nah an den Bergbahnen. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war gross und alles wurde liebevoll angerichtet. Das Essen war aucg qualitativ hochwertig und sehr fein. Kommen definitiv zurück!

Trotz schlechtem Wetter war der Aufenthalt sehr schön

Die Wirtsleute sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, frisch und das Personal war aufmerksam. Es gibt an diesem Gasthaus nichts was negativ sein könnte. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal da.

Sehr gute Lage für den Bikepark und den Seilbahnen in Fiss. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten in der Tiefgarage ohne Aufpreis parken.

Ich konnte schon um 9 h einchecken und dann noch das Zimmer beziehen, da ich um 10 auf den berg musste habe ich auch gleich die Freizeitkarte bekommen. Einfach Klasse und kundenfreundlich.

Ein schöner entspannter Aufenthalt mit Ausbau Potenzial.

Nette Hotel Inhaber, tolle Lage!

Der Service im Frühstücksbereich war leider nicht so, wie man es sich gewünscht hatte. Leider wurde ab 9:00 Uhr nichts mehr aufgefüllt. Nur auf Nachfrage erhielt man beispielsweise ein Ei, was dann auch noch hart gekocht war. Die Dame die im Frühstücksbereich tätig war, war täglich schlecht gelaunt und hat ein mieses Gesicht gezogen. So etwas sieht man im eigenen Urlaub natürlich nicht so gerne. Im Zimmer gab es leider Schlappen für den Wellness Bereich. Wenn man keine eigenen dabei gehabt hat, musste man Barfuß in den Wellness Bereich gehen, was nicht so hygienisch ist. Für den Zimmer Preis hätte man sich auch einen Pool zum schwimmen gewünscht. Dieser ist leider nicht vorhanden. Auch das Toiletten Papier im Hotel Zimmer ging aus.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Il personale è stato molto gentile e accogliente, offrendoci un aperitivo al nostro arrivo. Nonostante non parlassero italiano, il loro inglese era perfetto, permettendoci di comunicare senza problemi. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e molto silenziose. Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente è stato poter parcheggiare le nostre moto nel garage, al riparo dalla pioggia notturna. Inoltre, ci hanno fornito ottimi consigli sui ristoranti della zona, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La colazione era varia e di ottima qualità. Torneremo sicuramente se saremo in zona!
