This villa is located on the third floor and boasts 850 square feet of optimized island living space. Making this unit truly unique is its panoramic marina and bay views where one can sip on his/her favorite drink while watching the boats come by. The unit features plush master quarters with a renovated en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, a spacious living area that opens up to a large screened-in lanai, a beautifully renovated kitchen featuring quartz countertops, peninsula and new stainless steel appliances, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests.

Captiva is not what she used to be yet. Not many open businesses in Captiva. Very few people at the condos The condo was beautiful! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The hot tub only worked one of the days. We did hear construction noise throughout our stay. It starts around 7/8 am.

For the money we paid, the condition of the property definitely needs work. The view and location is fine. The dishwasher was in need of cleaning and servicing, as was the very leaky master toilet. The realtor, Palmer was nice, but the place needs serious attention or a much lower price.
