Corner residence overlooking pool and garden from its oversized lanai with ample seating, guests will enjoy proximity to all Captiva has to offer while also being close to downtown Captiva, full of opportunities for adventure and relaxation.
The Space:
This unit is located on the first floor and boasts 750 square feet of optimal island living space. This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai overlooking the garden and pool features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva. .
Guest Access:
Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Captiva Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. Our repeat guests prefer staying with us over booking through the resort as you are GUARANTEED the unit you book online, what you see is what you get! Staying with us guarantees you a fantastic unit, access to pools and beaches less than a minute from your room, first-class guest services, and far more economical pricing.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is located only a matter of feet from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the gardens or the wonder of the esteemed Captiva beaches all within feet of their residence!
Getting Around:
Bikes or golf cart recommended. Rental car not needed unless travel beyond downtown Captiva is planned.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement following reservation confirmation.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.

Great villa for 2 people. The place was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The pool was lovely. Check in / check out was seamless. Would definitely book again.

Sweet condo for one or two people. Well landscaped pool area view off the screened lanai was pleasant and it really was just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We saw an osprey nest on the property and loads of ibis and herons rested overnight in the bushes and trees around the pond across the street...quite the nature scene.

We didn’t use pool. Beach access was good. We had issues with internet and front door that was never addressed. We were there for the location. We would most likely stay at seaside but maybe a unit on the beach side.
