The Space:
This unit is located on the first floor and boasts 750 square feet of optimal island living space. This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai overlooking the garden and pool features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva. .
Guest Access:
Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Captiva Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. Our repeat guests prefer staying with us over booking through the resort as you are GUARANTEED the unit you book online, what you see is what you get! This unit is located only a matter of feet from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the gardens or the wonder of the esteemed Captiva beaches all within feet of their residence!
Getting Around:
Bikes or golf cart recommended. Rental car not needed unless travel beyond downtown Captiva is planned.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement following reservation confirmation.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

It was thought South Seas would be a high quality stay. It was dirty everywhere I looked. I had to call property mgr several times bc instructions to enter were unclear, tv had no batteries in the remote, and just unclean overall. She was very nice, brought batteries, took filthy rug and offered to have place cleaned. I wrote her of a few of the examples of dirt and said it would disrupt my stay when it should have been cleaned already. I love Captiva, the quietness and slow pace even after the hurricanes. Disappointed in this unit.

Stayed there with my husband and son. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. My son said even the pull-out sofa was comfortable. I wish that they had more blankets available. The beds only had a sheet and thin blanket. I would have preferred a comforter or an additional blanket. Called for one but only got a thin blanket for the sofa bed.
The kitchen was lacking a few things that would have been nice. There was minimal silverware and only 3 forks. I would have liked a colander and a larger fry pan. During our visit the garbage disposal was not working.
Other than that everything was great.
