The unit also features plush master quarters with working desk, a gorgeous fully stocked kitchen with island, a comfortable Murphy bed, and two bathrooms.
Guest Access:
Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Bayside Villas complex, including a heated pool, spa, grill and cooking area, and a communal laundry room. The unit is located within a ten minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. Our repeat guests prefer staying with us over booking through the resort as you are GUARANTEED the unit you book online, what you see is what you get! Staying with us guarantees you a fantastic unit, access to pools and beaches just a few minutes from your room, first-class guest services, and far more economical pricing.

The unit is located only a matter of feet from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the bayside or the wonder any of the esteemed Captiva beaches surroundings.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to checking in.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

Apartment completely furnished. Everything you need to prepare your hearty breakfast. Cosy kingsize bed. Restaurants close by. 5 Min. walk to the beach. Very nice pool area although shade is spare. Description how to locate the appartment could have been more accurate. On the negative side: a few light bulbs not working and a stained linnen.

Highlight of the property was sitting on the porch drinking morning coffee and watching beautiful birds, and boats quietly leaving to go fishing for the day. Also, the pool was lovely to swim in. Newly refurbished unit; all new appliances, high quality.

Arrival was easy, condo was not an end condo, but instead in middle of first floor, which involved a flight of stairs. Electric in bedroom was off, just involved flipping a breaker. Condo 5110 was immaculate and well stocked. Rosen Properties were responsive to requests. Could not get oven to work. View from balcony was stunning considering Ian damage. Lots of birds, iguanas, mama manatee and baby, small marina. We knew construction was going on around us and only bothered us once. King size bed in bedroom was wonderful. 2 bathrooms helped. We had pool pretty much to ourselves. Private beach to ourselves primarily. Very comfortable couch and a Murphy bed if we had needed it. Smaller than a 2 bedroom condo, but worked well for us. We definitely felt the benefits balanced little things out. AC was very loud but very cold. Some outlets too old to hold modern cords well. Great water pressure and modern kitchen. Tasteful and simple decor. Overall, we loved the place. The resort was still closed for repairs and has been recently purchased, that made it better for us; pretty much had things to ourselves. Loved it.
