This delightful first-floor unit offers 750 square feet of ideal island living space. It comfortably accommodates a party of four, featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The full bathroom, recently renovated to include a modern walk-in shower, is conveniently located between the two areas. The spacious lanai provides ample outdoor seating for guests to enjoy the peaceful setting of Captiva. Recently upgraded furnishings add a touch of luxury to the living room, enhancing your stay.
Guest Access:
Renting this unit grants you access to the numerous amenities at the Captiva Villas complex, such as a heated pool, a grill and cooking area, and a communal laundry room. The unit is just a five-minute walk from downtown Captiva Village, where fantastic dining and shopping options await. We offer high-quality beach gear for guests to use during their stay. Many of our returning guests prefer booking directly with us rather than through the resort, as you are GUARANTEED the unit you see online. This unit is located only a matter of feet from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the gardens or the wonder of the esteemed Captiva beaches all within feet of their residence!
Getting Around:
Bikes or golf cart recommended. Rental car not needed unless travel beyond downtown Captiva is planned.
Other Things to Note:
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.

The place was very clean and comfortable, the pool in the tennis villa was nice and we will take advantage of the short walk to the beach next time as public parking fills up fast even on weekdays. We booked with rosen vacations and

The condo was comfortable and clean. South Seas is a big construction zone but great to see it coming back.

The unit was conveniently located near the beach . The bed was comfortable . The unit could use more dishes,potholders and utensils that could be used for the grill outside. They were extremely responsive to all questions and a couple of minor issues.

Great location! Kitchen could be stocked more! Fan on porch didn’t work..needed extra pillow covers not enough towels for showers oven doesn’t turn on until you reset the breaker in panel in kitchen floor was wet throughout when we got there had to use beach towels to wipe up pool must not be heated was cool other than that good location oh ya no door mats to clean shoes on and no dust pan and broom to clean up sand on floor and had a hell of a time getting remote to work on tv. I guess we are used to vrbos with instructions when we there and things working properly
