The condo is in excellent condition. We had a great time at this captiva getaway vacation. Quiet peaceful and delightful !!!

We had such a nice time staying here! Beautiful location, very clean and new and modern condo. Definitely recommend!! The highlights:- literally about 10 minutes to the beach and Starbucks, 15 to restaurants- the bed was really cozy and our 8 year old slept great on the pull out- because no one was booked the same day we left, they let us keep using the towels and bathroom, which was very kind- there was a pool noodle and beach chairs to useThings worth mentioning:- don't expect the "heated" pool to be any warmer than the ocean- we got locked out for a few minutes when checking in at 11:30 at night, be careful with the keypad, luckily they ended up responding pretty decently quickly- you are staying on south seas property, but have no access to the resort amenities (including the water park right there which is a tease)- we rented a golf cart for a day which was fun but not necessary way to get around, but you can't park anywhere at south seas except the condo parking lot.- the kitchen has all the cooking instruments but no basics like oil, salt, pepper, in case you plan to cook good to know- it got loud the last 2 nights when more people showed up in other condos
