This is one of the best ski hotels I have stayed in and I have skiied for nearly 40 years

Immer wieder !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( Es war Winter , zum Sommerurlaub kann ich natürlich nichts sagen )

Eigentlich alles Top. - Hab extra ein Pistenhotel gesucht. Zufahrt mit dem Auto von Lech aus möglich.. Nach dem Skifahren ins warme Außenpool, das gibts nicht überall. - Frühstück und Abendessen Super !!!! Grüsse nach Oberlech.

Een van de mooiste vakanties ever. Schitterende natuur. We gaan zeker terug buiten de schoolvakantie

Top ontbijt, Top locatie, Top hotel, Top faciliteiten, Top wijnen. Het diner was minder, de kok deed goed zijn best maar durfde zijn gerechten niet stevig af te kruiden, waardoor de gerechtjes wat flauw uitvielen. De soep heb ik 5 van de 7 dagen moeten terugsturen omdat het niet warm was. Waarom vermeld ik dat? In de hoop dat bij de volgende vakantie ook het diner het niveau haalt van de rest. De staf zeer vriendelijk maar gebrek aan ervaring, de receptie super-professioneel!

1. Onze kamer bevond zich boven de keuken en aan de straatkant, dus elke ochtend rond 06.00 veel lawaai. Er was ook geen aparte regeling voor de verwarming, noch was er airco. Dus op koude dagen was het er veel te warm (centrale verwarming) en de vensters open zetten was geen optie vanwege lawaai aan de straatkant van de dienstvoertuigen. De volgende keer, gaan we voor een andere (duurdere) kamer met de nodige comfort. 2. Het spa-gedeelte (sauna, stoombad, zwembad, stille ruimtes) was ook toegankelijk voor kinderen waardoor er van relaxen eigenlijk geen sprake meer was. Verschillende mensen hebben hierover de staf op aangesproken, maar het bleef zeer vervelend waardoor wij enkel 2 van de 7 dagen hiervan gebruik gemaakt hebben.

Het klopt van a tot z Bij aankomst zat de receptie medewerker te lunchen, ze wilde eerst ons helpen om daarna verder te lunchen. Ondanks dat de lunch koud werd nam ze alle tijd. Voor ons kind (1 jaar) waren ze enorm flexibel en overal werd aan gedacht.

Die Lage für Wanderungen super, aus dem Hotel, zagg in der Natur. Sehr ruhig. Pool ist angenehm kann auch am MOrgen vor dem Frühstück genützt werden. Personal gibt sich Mühe, alle sehr freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder.
