Cette maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle est parfaitement située sur le cap d’erquy. L’accès aux différentes plages par les chemins piétons a l’arrière de la maison est très adapté pour des familles. Le jardin, particulièrement grand a été très apprécié. Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa située au Cap d'Erquy La maison correspondant parfaitement au descriptif et tout est prévu pour permettre de passer de bonnes vacances. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un beau temps ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous sommes prêts à revenir dans cette belle demeure et nous gardons en mémoire pleins de bons souvenirs .....

Nous avons passé un séjour particulièrement agréable dans cette maison idéalement située dans un cadre très privilégié. Nous étions accompagnés de nos quatre adolescents et jeunes adultes. La maison, comme le lieu, avec son accessibilité aux plages et au bourg a été appréciée par toute la famille, ce qui assez rare. La maison est lumineuse, confortable et très bien équipée et le propriétaire très accueillant et souple. Nous avons beaucoup aimé sa disponibilité discrète.

La maison correspond tout à fait au descriptif de l'annonce. Elle est très lumineuse et très bien décorée. La cuisine est bien équipée. Le cadre est magnifique. Il fait très calme. Les plages sauvages sont à 10 minutes à pieds. Le propriétaire est très accueillant. Excellent séjour. A refaire sans aucun doute.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, fonctionnelle et merveilleusement lumineuse, au calme, dans un environnement préservé, à proximité immédiate des plages sauvages et à moins d'1 km à pied du centre d'Erquy. Tout est équipe pour se sentir comme chez soi avec en plus vélos, transats et table de ping-pong à disposition .Propriétaires accueillants qui font tout pour que nous nous sentions à l'aise et nous donner envie de revenir.

Arrivée un vendredi soir à 22 heures après 5 heures de route : l'entrée dans la maison nous a de suite apaisés. Très calme, environnement paysager exceptionnel. La maison est très lumineuse, spacieuse,chaleureuse et très joliment décorée. Le lendemain des amis nous ont rejoints avec 4 ados : nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis les uns sur les autres car les espaces sont très bien pensés. coté appareils ménagers, il ne manque rien si ce n'est la connexion wifi... La situation de la maison est idéale (marché d'Erquy très plaisant!). Le propriétaire est très sympathique.

Maison originale et chaleureuse sous les pins. De l’intérieur, les vues devant et derrières sont superbes. Les chambres et la literie permettent un repos réparateur dans un environnement silencieux. A disposition des vélos et une table de ping-pong pour les loisirs. Le cap d'Erquy situé tout près de la maison est idéal pour les randonneurs, les plages sauvages, la mer turquoise et la nature sauvage environnante sont d’une beauté… Nous sommes tous ravis de notre séjour dans cette belle maison et la recommandons chaleureusement. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Nous venons de passer une semaine magnifique à Erquy, La maison est conforme au descriptif et aux photos, elle est agréable et lumineuse, la terrasse est propice au repos... Les chemins de randonnées sont à proximité de la maison, pas besoin de prendre la voiture... Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants, ils font tout afin que votre séjour se passe pour le mieux.

Gîte superbe, lumineux et spacieux, idéalement situé sur les hauteurs d'Erquy, non loin du cap et des nombreux chemins de randonnée qui y mènent. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité et parlent d'elles-mêmes. L'accueil et la disponibilité des proprios sont exemplaires. Vraiment rien à redire. Un gîte qui conviendra notamment aux amateurs de calme, de nature, de randonnée, ainsi qu'aux familles. Le jardin est vraiment grand et permet aux enfants de se défouler en toute sécurité. Très belles plages sauvages et préservées à proximité quasiment immédiate (15 minutes à pied). Les enfants et nous-mêmes espérons bien y revenir un jour. A recommander les yeux fermés.

Nous avons séjourné le week-end de Paques en famille , Nous sommes tous tombés amoureux de cette Maison, proche nature(les landes Bretonnes et Cap d'erquy) .Location fonctionnelle , spacieuse et Lumineuse. Creperie à 100 mètres très agréable et prix très compétitifs. Maison à recommander et proprietaires tres sympathiques . Marché le Samedi au centre vraiment tres achalandés et commerçant tres acceuillants .Ne manquer de gouter La coquille ST jacques en preparation simple ou plus sophistiquer c'est un régale. Magnifique maison près du Cap d'Erquy

Magnifique maison près du Cap d'Erquy

Tout d'abord, cette maison est très bien placée tant au niveau de la commune d'Erquy (à qqs centaines de mètres de deux magnifiques plages, près d'un sentier côtier et à qqs centaines de mètres du port) mais aussi au niveau des Côtes d'Armor (St Malo, Dinan, St Cast, Pléneuf...). La maison, en elle même, est spacieuse, claire, propre et très fonctionnelle. Nous y avons vécu à 8 sans être les uns sur les autres. Le poêle à bois fut un vrai confort lors des soirées fraîches de ce mois de décembre. A noter aussi que la literie est de très bonne qualité dans toutes les chambres, qui sont d'ailleurs toutes spacieuses. Pour finir, nous avons été accueillis par le propriétaire très sympathique. C'est indéniablement une adresse à retenir.

Es handelt sich hier um ein schoenes, helles Landhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung etwas ausserhalb des schoenen Ortes Erquy. Der grosse Wohnraum mit Kueche, grosser Tafel und Sitzecke ist sehr gemuetlich und es macht Spass zusammen zu kochen und trotzdem nicht in einer kleinen Kueche eingesperrt zu sein, wie es sonst so oft der Fall ist. Einziges Manko aus meiner Sicht: Es fibt keinen Internetanschluss - aber das ist ja vielleicht nicht fuer jeden ein Nachteil. Ganz in der Naehe befindet sich die Creperie Du Pecheur (uebrigens so nah, dass man leicht zu Fuss gehen kann, man aber sonst nichts davon mitbekommt), die wirklich einen Besuch wert ist. Dort gibt es sehr gute Gazettes und Crepes und einen frischgezapften Cidre vom Fass. Zum Ort selbst ist es etwas weiter (wir sind doch immer mit dem Auto gefahren) und dort gibt es auch nette einfache Restaurants, die die frischen Meeresfruechte der Region anbieten - allen voran La Table de Jeanne. Die kleinen Straende von Erquy sind zu Fuss in ca 15 bis 20 min zu erreichen. Diese Straende sind allerdings eher zum Hinsetzen oder -legen, da sie fuer ausgedehnte Strandspaziergaenge einfach zu klein sind. Ungefaehr 5 km mit dem Auto kann man aber auch zum Plage de St. Pabu fahren, dessen Laenge bei Ebbe etwa 4 km betraegt. Wir (uebrigens nur zu zweit) hatten hier eine sehr schoene Zeit und wuerden jederzeit wiederkommen.
