4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room with large American kitchen opening onto the terrace and large garden. 3 WCs including 2 independent, 1 floor on the ground floor renovated in the studio.

Ideally located in the city center, 100 meters from the beach and shops, this typically Breton stone house offers you a small sea view and all the amenities. It is ideal for 1 or 2 families wishing to enjoy seaside activities without restrictive logistics: everything is done on foot!
Erquy and its surroundings offer the rest: 7 superb beaches, 1 authentic and recognized fishing port, traditional restaurants, a sailing school, rentals of kayaks, boats or ski jets, 2 golf courses (including one of the most beautiful courses in France) at 10 km, 1 Casino (at 10 km), hiking circuits on our famous Caps (Fréhel, Erquy) .... without forgetting numerous sporting and cultural events via Cap Armor.

Our stay in this absolute beautiful house in Erquy was totally wonderful. It's a spacious, wonderful house with an old and a new part. Everything is there , the owners are very, very helpful and friendly, the surroundings are just splendid. Totally recommend this house and would like to book it again. Everything totally perfect.

Fantastique maison familiale !!

Fantastique maison familiale !!

Nous sommes restés dix jours à dix personnes dans cette belle maison d'Erquy, située à cinquante mètres de la plage et de tous les commerces du centre ville. La maison, traditionnelle en grés rose, avec une jolie extension plus moderne, permet de loger confortablement dix personnes et dispose de toutes les commodités en termes d'équipements. Cuisine très agréable, salles de bains neuves, chambres avec beaucoup de charme et vaste salle-à-manger/salon central. Les deux terrasses permettent aussi de voir la mer. A noter que l'on peut aussi garer jusqu'à trois voitures dans la propriété ce qui est un très grand avantage en été à Erquy. Les propriétaires, Solène et Gilles, ont été particulièrement attentionnés, agréables et à notre écoute pour que l'on passe un très beau séjour en famille à Erquy. Nous recommandons donc vivement cette maison qui a comblé toutes nos attentes et nous a tout particulièrement séduits.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette demeure au charme caractéristique et typique de la région. Les pièces sont vastes et bien équipées. La maison peut sans problème accueillir deux familles et est idéalement située par rapport à la plage et aux commerces. Pour ne rien gâcher, les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques.
