Beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la prestation. On a eu l'impression que nous n'étions pas attendus.

La porte d'entrée ferme mal. Pas d'eau au lavabo à notre arrivée. Pratiquement pas de vaisselle : aucun bol ou mug pour le petit-déjeuner, absence de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle, alors que m'ont été réclamés 75€ pour le linge fourni. Etagères poussiéreuses dans la chambre. Pas de prise de courant près du sofa. Logement phonétiquement mal isolé (on entendait un enfant courir au-dessus). Présence de glouglous dans l'évier quand les occupants du dessus utilise de l'eau. E-booking m'informait d'un complément de 129€ à régler sur place, et on m'a réclamé 141€ prétextant une taxe supplémentaire.

Een fantastisch chalet op een geweldige plek, voor 2 stellen met max. 4 (kleine) kinderen

Het chalet ‘Hitman’ is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, mooi ingericht, sfeervol en staat op een geweldige plek. Een klein stukje lopen tot aan de piste en terug skiën tot aan het chalet.

Wij dachten een chalet geboekt te hebben met 3 slaapkamers, met 2-persoonsbedden. Zo staat het op de tekening van het chalet bij de foto’s en in de omschrijving. Eén van de kamers is echter een (kleine) slaapkamer geworden met 2 stapelbedden. Een foto daarvan is wel toegevoegd. Dat maakt het huis wat ons betreft minder geschikt voor 3 stellen en is voor ons reden om dit chalet niet weer te boeken. Ast’n Hütten heeft ons ter compensatie een ander chalet aangeboden, waarvoor dank, minder blij worden wij van de service van Booking.com. De slaapbank waar zij ons naar verwezen, is volgens ons een vaste ‘gewone’ bank.
