We really love the city of Nara, the hotel view, hospitality service from the front desk and whole villas facilities, easy communication, flexibility on services and arrangement.
Nothing, all great. Just maybe we found one of onsen place is smaller in size than expectation but all good.
Also for the bed setting, maybe need one more layer to make it more softer for our back so when we wake up would feel fresher.

This place has it all. Located on top of the hill overlooking Nara and the Todai-ji Temple this place really made a difference in our two weeks journey across Japan. Mikasa is a typical Japanese onsen place. But they’re also super welcoming to foreign visitors whenever planning to go to Nara try to stay at Mikasa.
If there is a thing, I wouldn’t like about the place that is something that’s got nothing to do with the place itself. It’s the widely spread no tattoos policy when it comes to going into the baths at an onsen. Having a couple of visible tattoos, I couldn’t enjoy a bath after our dinner or in the morning.

Staff of hotel was very helpful, but in the restaurant the service staff first reorange my shoes and right after the same hands started to serve the dinner. It was awful
