The onsen were lovely, staff very kind and accommodating to our big group with children. Dinner was also a highlight.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming! A beautiful traditional ryokan and a wonderful way to experience authentic Japanese culture, with traditional breakfast and dinner included. There is also a free shuttle bus to and from Nara, which was very convenient.

We really love the city of Nara, the hotel view, hospitality service from the front desk and whole villas facilities, easy communication, flexibility on services and arrangement.
Nothing, all great. Just maybe we found one of onsen place is smaller in size than expectation but all good. Also for the bed setting, maybe need one more layer to make it more softer for our back so when we wake up would feel fresher.

Staff of hotel was very helpful, but in the restaurant the service staff first reorange my shoes and right after the same hands started to serve the dinner. It was awful
