The place was very nice with good facilities. The waterpark is good for the children and main pool was not to busy. The buffet had a good selection at all mealtimes and our room was clean.
The reception staff were fantastic. As were the pool bar staff. However the resturant staff were rude and ignorant throughout our stay.

Staff just wonderfull. Good room service. Nice balcony view.
Lack of cleaness is main reason bad (I will upload few photos). Other minuses is pool water temparature - too cold. Only 21 c’. Photos inthe desctription not meet the reality.

The facilities was good. Pool was good clean and fun. Bar was good with the drinks. The kids disco was the best for my kids.
The food was really bad. And not many choices for a open buffet. And also the meat was mainly pork which me and my family dont consume. The only meal i actualy felt full was breakfast other than that i couldnt really eat anything because of the meat and also didnt taste very good at all

The kids loved the waterpark and the staff was very polite. The food was good.
Needs a bit more attention in cleaning. The outdoor toilets near the pools were always dirty and the room needed more cleaning. There was even ketchup on the wall.

The waterpark was excellent, the kids had so much fun! There were always on site about 6-7 lifeguards ans the water slides were suitable both for a 3 years old and a 6 years old.
The staff was very polite and helpful.
The room was good, had a lot of space and we were very comfortable with the extra beds for the kids. However, the hotel could offer at least 1-2 small bottles of water in the room, it would be very helpful instead of running downstairs to fill our water bottles that happened to have with us.
Some hotel spaces were not very clean (eg. the lobby, the elevators, the kiosks), the floors were constantly wet from the people going in and out from the pools.
Also, the snack bar is only open between 3-5, not all the time. Not very convenient, if you don't want to have lunch at noon and want to just eat a burger with fries.

It is very comfy little family hotel. The room is very spacious for families. Waterpark is very good and big . Kids really enjoyed. Activities are very good. There are good bays nearby to swim. Even nissi beach is very close by. Protaras is very nice.even starbucks is very nearby. I highly recommend to families with kids. Also the population was very nice. There were very nice families.kids make friends easily.the staff was also nice.
I am sorry to say that but the food was not tasty at all. But kids buffet saved us. I thought every time how in cyprus the food could be that taste. On the other hand at any time ice cream is served and the selection of ice cream was so good. So for kids it was very good.

We have stayed in multiple family hotels in cyprus, as we live in Larnaca but this hotel is most defiantly our favourite. We loved the size of the hotel, was perfect for families. Without feeling overly small or too huge, it was just perfect. The waterpark was so much fun, the kids club entertainer was amazing! My daughter adored her! The food was lovely too, always something to choose from! The staff were all so friendly & kind too!
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like :)

A Disappointing and Stressful Stay – Ruined Our Easter Family Celebration
We booked this hotel via Booking.com for a long Easter weekend (Thursday to Sunday), to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday with our family – 8 adults and 4 children. What was supposed to be a joyful getaway turned into an exhausting and upsetting experience.
Although I entered the children’s ages when booking, they somehow weren’t included in the final reservation confirmation. Please, if you’re travelling with children, double-check this detail is clearly shown before confirming – it could save you a lot of stress.
Upon arrival, we were confronted by the hotel manager (who I believe is also the reservations manager). Instead of a warm welcome, she demanded an extra £600 because the children’s ages were not listed. Her manner was abrupt, unprofessional, and quite frankly rude. I immediately contacted Booking.com and was fortunate to speak with a brilliant customer service agent who went above and beyond. He amended the booking to reflect the children’s ages and even upgraded one of our rooms from a studio to a one-bedroom apartment. After nearly two hours of back and forth between him and the hotel, we were told not to pay the extra and were finally checked in.
But unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there.
Three of the adults were delayed and arrived the next day due to work, only to be told they couldn’t receive their wristbands unless we paid a further £300. Once again, we had to involve Booking.com to resolve the issue. We also witnessed the hotel attempting similar charges with other families, which made us feel this may be a recurring tactic. Had I not seen this pattern, I would have assumed the treatment was racially motivated.
The stress this caused — especially for my sister on her milestone birthday — was simply unacceptable. I spent over five hours across various phone calls trying to sort everything out, when I should have been enjoying time with my loved ones.

Water park and pool was great
Food was under average

Hotel looked good as did the pool areas. Bar staff and waiters in dining area were friendly although very few could speak any English.
Housekeeping was atrocious for rooms and all areas of the hotel. Reception staff not very helpful.

It's a nice place for a short stay. Beach is about 10 min walk, very nice bay. Nearby kiosks and bus stop.

The pool facilities and the water park are clean and spacious with plenty of beds available during out stay
limited towels given by cleaning staff and 10 euros going missing out of my daughters money from our room.

Food was really nice and the staff friendly.
Cleanliness of outside areas and broken items of furniture and equipment.
9.0 / 10.0
The food was tasty and good selection, the water had a suitable temperature and the water park was in order. The surrounding of the hotel is pretty quiet. The staff is kind and helpful. Beaches close to the hotel are nice and within walking distance.
Evening mini-disco started late and end up early, so instead of half an hour it took 15 minutes, but after that was usually some following schedule.

Staff was helpful and pleasant, waterpark was very nice, food was excellent.
Alcohol except beer and sodas was the cheapest quality,so coktails were not nice.
Room was nice but little bit small for 3 persons

Good breakfast!! Big and deep (1.7m) swimming pool. Nice shower. Good size room with air condition. Free parking space. Fridge in the room.
Wifi was disconnecting sometimes. There was cleaning everyday, they were making the beds but only once they changed sheets and towels (information said they change them 3 times per week and we were there 6 days). Too much noise coming from hallway. The room door was heavy but not soundproof.

Very friendly and helpfull staff!!!
Nice waterpark.
-Booked a room for a family of 4..... the initial booking was mentioning 3 twin beds and 1 couch bed BUT when we arrived in the room it included 2 single beds connected together, one small couch bed and a rusty old camp bed!!! that was placed in front of the room entrance (exactly outside of the bathroom!!!). It was obvious that the specific room could not fit more than 2-3 people.
For the all inclusive:
- All the drinks are awfull, the juices and coke/sprite tasted like syrop, it was not the original drinks we all know.
- They serve you the drinks in very small cups.
- The food was awfull, plenty of options but non of them had taste and were always cold. Sweets/Fruits after food, are just ok.
- The "ice cream" options were only 2, mango and chocolate-vanilla ( that you can buy yourself from LIDL store in a pack very cheap!!!)

Waterpark and food in restaurant
Rooms were smaller than expected and snacks were not good
3.0 / 10.0
The room was not what we expected it was incredibly small and way different of what it was shown in the booking.com. In other words the pictures were catfishing and it was not what we expected.
