Uncomfortable

Breakfast was terrible! Hardy any food available after half past seven. Pool opens at 9 closed at 6 on peak summer! Hotel advertising a shop😂. No shop just some second hand books on a shelf. Room was really old fashioned old furniture and fixtures was given a kettle but no cups no coffee or tea no water. There is a shop down the road but really let down after paying a lot of money to stay for one week. Location is bad if you have a car. Reception staff were nice. Restaurant staff were really unorganised and not helpful. Definitely not booking this hotel again

The stuff, especially at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. The room, the bed were comfortable, it had everything we needed. The pool area is nice and the beaches are very close.

Location was ideal 👌 Staff were so friendly.

Rooms were dated. Breakfast needs a major overall . The sliced melon tasted of onion as if cut with same knife ? Chocolate spread reheated and totally inedible! Definitely below standards expected.

We only stayed two nights and for a short break it was great

The location was great if you love the beach & it’s situated between Protaras Centre and Ayia Napa . The rooms are modern with very comfortable beds , the reception & Bar Staff are very friendly and helpful

The pool area is small and in high season I could imagine the loungers been taken early on , if you like the beach your ok but if not you may struggle . The Domestic staff let the hotel down the standard of cleaning could be better they seem to do a half hearted job

Food poor. Hotel rooms very basic. Old fashioned buildings, the whole hotel needs renovating.

Room had limited storage, no tea/coffee facilities, satellite TV didn't work, leaking toilet in bathroom. Food was terrible and poor quality, drinks machine in restaurant ancient, toaster not working etc etc. Location poor miles from anything

Dirty rooms and hotel, the doors were swollen and scratched, the walls were peeling and dirty, the rooms were superficially clean, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the balcony door barely opened, the breakfast was identical and very poor quality (omelette with egg shells in it), after asking they supplemented it... I understand that I wasn't at a 5 star hotel but most likely the hotel is 1 star, not 3 at all

Old but well renovated hotel with super friendly staff that made us feel like home from the moment we entered the reception. Our stay was great, value for money was great and the breakfast was rich as well. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Ah and forgot to say that every single corner of the hotel was sparkling clean!

The receptionists were very kind and helpful

The food was very medium with lots of limitations. The all-inclusive menu was very limited. The pool closed at 6pm, the bar at 10pm. There were ants everywhere. Generally, we were disappointed because we were expecting better quality of everything for the money we paid!

Excellent value

Adelais Bay is an excellent hotel for 3 stars. I've stayed at 4 stars which weren't as good. They were friendly, it was very clean, excellent location (peaceful part of Protaras by clean, lovely beaches). Bar man was great, even made my kids free smoothies. We will revisit :-)

Nice and helpful staff

We had a truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Rafaella at the reception. She was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. We approached her with several requests, and she took the time to carefully consider each one and assist us in every possible way. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference in our experience. We are very grateful for her support and exceptional service. Thank you, Rafaella!

Amazing, relaxing state in a great g

Fabulous location - if you are looking for a hotel outside of busy area of Protaras 5-10 min walk to few of the best beaches in the area. 15 min walk to the Protaras promenade if you are looking for the excitement and night life(there is also a bus stop right outside of the hotel) Grounds- very nicely kept, very clean. The manager is always walking around and making sure everything is spotless, good job :) Room- beautiful modern rooms, comfortable beds and amazing unobstructed sea view. Staff- extremely nice and helpful Breakfast- very good, lots of selection available for everyone’s taste. Hot food(eggs, bacon, sausages), grilled vegetables (yummy), salads, fruits, cold cuts, pastries, waffles etc…

Great place for a relaxed stay

This hotel is the perfect option if you prefer to be in a slightly more quiet area yet still well connected to Protaras and surroundings. The beach is a short walk away and not too crowded, you can also easily reach the next bays by foot. The city center is just some 20min walk away, alternatively, there are busses going frequently. Additionally, there are busses leaving right in front of the hotel which connect you to Paralimni, Agia Napa or Larnaca. The staff is super friendly, the hotel has everything you need and my room was spacious and clean with a perfect sea view.

I could have done without the music played by the pool for most of the day, but I guess that's somewhat the norm in this type of tourism areas. Though it stopped around 11pm, so no disturbance for sleeping.

The location as it's a few minutes walk away from some spectacular beaches. There's also a bus-stop next to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was very good and the Romanian lady (sorry I don't know her name) at the front desk was such a nice and hospitable person. She was always willing to help and never stopped smiling. Nice hotel.

To be honest the room cleaning service was poor because when we checked in the floor of our room was dirty and had hair on it. The front desk lady was so nice that she came immediately to clean it herself!! 👏 Sadly our towels were never changed and the room cleaning service was quite absent. Besides, in the room there was no kettle and no glasses, etc. Having said all this, please don't get me wrong as I would repeat and stay again. We had a nice stay.

Superb

Great pool, friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to Nissia and Green Bay beaches very nice snorkelling. Breakfast was very good except for the coffee. Not many restaurants near by but the hotel is a short bus ride from Protaras and around 20 minutes to Ayia Napa. Supermarket right next door. Overall a great hotel.

A perfect holiday in a fantastic hotel

Let me start by saying that Adelais Bay Hotel is under new management and this is their first season, so all not-so-flattering comments from 2022 and before should be ignored. I had the most amazing stay at this property. The staff are lovely, especially Iova, Alina and Despina from the pool bar team and Rafaela and Joanna from the reception team. They couldn't be more helpful! I could see the hotel manager, Ms Budaca, working alongside her staff and she was always very approachable and very friendly. What was very nice to observe is the teamwork - they work in unison and this in turn made my stay very enjoyable as I was looked after very well. The pool is super clean and you can enjoy new and very comfortable sun lunges around it. There is a good selection of hot and cold food, pastries and fruit for breakfast. The pool bar offers a la carte selection of freshly cooked meals. They are very reasonably priced and much better value for money than in most places in Protaras. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, open every day until 11 pm. The nearest beach is about 10 min walk. It is sandy, clean, cosy and beautiful, but you should get there by 10:00-10:30 am if you want a sun lounge and parasol (these cost 2.50 EUR each for a day). I enjoyed my stay at Adelais Bay Hotel so much, that I'm returning there in September. I could happily give them 10/10, but there is a small room for improvement here, so hopefully I will see it on my return. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to have an enjoyable stay, where value for money counts and where you will definitely feel appreciated as a guest.
