About this villa rental
This beautiful holiday home is located in Peyia, Paphos, close to three beautiful beaches and is modern and comfortably furnished. The house is detached, located in a quiet area and the private pool offers a lot of holiday fun for the whole family. In the attractive garden and on the covered porch you will find a shady spot to relax and unwind at any time of the day. From December to March, the oranges and grapefruits are ripe and may be picked and eaten. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms offer enough space and privacy for up to 6 adults. The living room and a bathroom were modernized in 2018 and refurbished. Please note that the swimming pool has no fence and parental control and is freely accessible from each side. Children should never be left unattended. The staircase upstairs has no child safety lock.

Gleich nach der Buchung haben die Eigentümer Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen und Fragen aller Art beantwortet. Kurz vor der Abreise haben wir dann Informationen bekommen, bei denen wirklich alle Aspekte berücksichtigt wurden. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass die Villa Alicia unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen hat. Die Fotos sind überhaupt nicht geschönt, das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet von den zahlreichen Handtüchern für Pool, Strand und zum Duschen über Adapter bis hin zur Küchenausstattung. Auch während des Urlaubs wurden wir „liebevoll betreut“ und mit Restauranttipps etc. versorgt. Diese Ferienhauserfahrung wird wohl so schnell nicht, wenn überhaupt, übertroffen werden.

Das Objekt ist genauestens beschrieben, und liegt Abseits vom Lärm des Touristenzentrums in ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten einen extrem erholsamen Urlaub.
Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern hätte besser nicht sein können.
Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet , sowohl innen als auch im Aussenbereich. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Sehr zu empfehlen !!!
Werden wir definitiv wieder buchen.

Grosses, sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus in Peyia mit Pool. Sehr modern eingerichtet, die Ausstattung war makellos! Wir haben uns eine Woche lang wie zuhause gefühlt und sind nur widerwillig gefahren (auch die Kinder). :-)
Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern Christophe und Katrin (Mail, Whatsapp ) ist sehr gut und unkompliziert gewesen, sowohl vor als auch während des Urlaubs. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt, unser Lieblingsrestaurant wurde Oniro by the Sea (Empfehlung des Besitzers), mit sehr gutem originellen Essen, tollen Cocktails und traumhafter Aussicht.
Das Haus und die Umgebung können wir wärmstens empfehlen!

The villa is in a great location, big supermarket a few mins in the car, Coral Bay is close by too with bars and restaurants and car hire. The villa is as it looks in the pictures very clean and high-quality furniture and appliances throughout feels very homely. The area is very quiet and safe amazing when you just want to chill out by the pool by day or night. Lots of areas to relax in or out of the sun whichever you prefer, The communication from Christophe was brilliant very clear instructions and directions of how to get to the villa and also everything in the villa. Only downside 2 weeks is not enough .... we will be back sadly in sept when we normally travel is booked but will be back in 2020. Thank you for a brilliant holiday in your wonderful home.
