About this villa rental
The property has been recently upgraded to a very high standard. It has solid marble floors on the ground floor and lower level, with a hardwood staircase to the first floor where the bedrooms all have solid wood floors. The property is on 3 floors taking advantage of its position on the hillside having fantastic views from all levels.The ground floor has a large open plan living room with dining kitchen, the living room having a spectacular floor to ceiling window giving fantastic unimpeded views towards the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, hob and oven, all surrounded by a solid granite worktop, additional microwave and toaster. There is also a double bedroom and bathroom on this floor. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom, a second double bedroom, and one with twin bedroom, all with ensuite facilities and great seaviews. The Lower level has the 5th bedroom, a twin room and shower room with loo and a large games room. Pool towels and wifi are provided.

Absolutely beautiful villa, we had a fantastic holiday here. From the minute we arrived we felt at home, the property agents had left us essentials in the fridge and arrived the next day to welcome us and give us info about the villa and village. The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed. And what a view! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The location is gorgeous, magnificent view from every room, great pool and barbeque area. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the villa is well equipped for a wonderful stay. Lots of little things that were thought of to make the stay comfortable and were really appreciated.You do need a car to get there and there were a few things that needed to be attended to when we arrived and these were taken care of by the host.

During our stay there was a yellow warning for temperatures above 40 degrees. They air conditioning very noisy and the timers were set for 3 hours and after complaining they were changed to 4 hours, this didn't help because we were still waking up all wet due to the heat and of course it’s difficult fall back to sleep again the house has photovoltaic panels on the roof which provides free electricity therefore I believe the timers ruin the whole luxurious image of the villa. Also we had no water to shower because of a faulty pressure pump, that’s forgivable.Apart the above and because I am a positive person we managed to had a great time. My valuation is 3.5-4 stars.

We stayed at Chez Max for 10 days with our 3 adult children and can’t rate it highly enough. We have stayed in many villas over the years and Chez Max was by far our favourite. The views are amazing, the pool much bigger than it looks in the photos and both the outdoor seating and dining areas are wonderful. With its position on the hillside there is always a lovely breeze around the pool. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
