The villa was comfortable, very clean & in a quiet location. Convenient for both Peyia & Coral Bay. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable.
The villa was relatively warm for the time of year. We did use the heating occasionally, which was very effective.
The villa isn’t where shown on Booking.com map, which was a surprise. Having said that the joining instructions from the manager were excellent & the actual location convenient & relatively sheltered.
There are some maintenance issues, which didn’t affect us as a couple, but would a larger party-
The shower screen in the 2nd bathroom was broken as is the toilet seat.
The kitchen window looked as if it had been forced open from the inside & didn’t close. I taped it shut!
Tea towels would have been useful.

We loved 😍 ❤️ everything about the villa...it was perfect and cozy for us..very peaceful,it was like being at home,we had all the facilities needed and more,very clean and immaculate to high standards Friendly neighbours on the right.
The host was a super star 🌟 responds immediately,very helpful and friendly. I'm giving this villa a 5 star review 🙌
Swimming pool was very clean and water treated after every guests,plenty of sun lounge,chairs and table outside. we honestly did not want to leave felt so relaxed .Bed was super comfy we all slept like babies.Air conditions were in perfect working order.lovely views. Enjoyed Netflix and super fast WIFI.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The villa was incredibly spacious, beautifully laid out, and extremely comfortable — exactly what we were looking for in a relaxing holiday. Every room was spotless and well-equipped, with all the amenities we could possibly need. From kitchen utensils to high-quality towels and linens, everything was thoughtfully provided to make us feel at home.
The pool area was definitely a highlight — clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. It was the perfect spot to unwind during the day or enjoy peaceful evenings outdoors. We spent a lot of time there and loved every moment.
The host was exceptionally kind and attentive, always available for any questions or recommendations we needed. Communication was fast and easy, which gave us extra peace of mind throughout our stay.
We would definitely love to come back! The experience exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, and well-managed vacation rental.

Ελλιπής καθαριότητα και μούχλα στο κλιματιστικό του κεντρικού σαλονιού όπου βρισκόμασταν όλη μέρα.
Απουσία καλάθου για τα σκουπίδια (έξω από την έπαυλη).
κυρίως η αναφορά ότι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 10 άτομα. Είναι πολύ μικρή- δεν υπήρχαν αρκετές καρέκλες, ξαπλώστρες κλπ.
Υπερβολικό το κόστος για το τι προσφέρει (θα μπορούσε τουλάχιστον να υπάρχουν αρκετό χαρτί τουαλέτας, απορρυπαντικό, κλπ- δεν στοιχίζει τιποτα αλλά μπορούσε να μας διευκολύνει).
Η πισίνα όταν φτάσαμε δεν ήταν καθαρή.
