To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 17 steps. The front door has a width of 86cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 80cm wide. Outside, there are 4 steps to the BBQ area, 15 steps to the poolside, and once by the pool, a further 4 steps to another covered seating area. The poolside is crazy paved. Inside, there are 3 steps from the lounge to the kitchen area. The ground floor bedroom door is 85cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 72cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor.
