Villa with priv. Pool, beautiful garden and shady veranda - 5 min to the beach

The villa is in a great location, big supermarket a few mins in the car, Coral Bay is close by too with bars and restaurants and car hire. The villa is as it looks in the pictures very clean and high-quality furniture and appliances throughout feels very homely. The area is very quiet and safe amazing when you just want to chill out by the pool by day or night. Lots of areas to relax in or out of the sun whichever you prefer, The communication from Christophe was brilliant very clear instructions and directions of how to get to the villa and also everything in the villa. Only downside 2 weeks is not enough .... we will be back sadly in sept when we normally travel is booked but will be back in 2020. Thank you for a brilliant holiday in your wonderful home.

This is a truly beautiful villa, with everything you need to make it feel like home from home. It is ideally located close to a local supermarket, great restaurants and the beach, with lovely views of the hills and sea from the pool area, balconies and terrace. The inside of the villa is delightful, it is designed and equipped with all that you need to be comfortable both in the hottest part of the summer when we visited, and the cooler months of year. It was ideal for us, a family of 4 providing ample space. The gardens are very pretty especially when lit up in the evening and the pool is well maintained and cleaned regularly during your stay. Pool towels, inflatables and pool games are made available for the pool and great to entertain the family. This area of Cyprus is renowned for its scenery and places of interest and certainly didn’t disappoint, with historical sites, hatching turtles, waterfalls and stunning views. A visit to Blue Lagoon and Lara Beach is a must and all within 20-30 mins of the villa. The nearby beach is clean and sandy with water sports available, and only 5 minutes drive. I cannot express strongly enough how attentive, friendly and approachable the owners are, which differentiates this holiday experience from others. Responses to enquiries are prompt, polite and thoughtful and nothing seems too much trouble. We asked for recommendations on places to visit and eat, we were provided with lots of helpful suggestions by Christophe and all were excellent. We loved every minute of our time at Villa Alicia and hope to return soon.

This was a fantastic holiday and was a great experience from the moment we booked until the moment we departed. The communications from Christophe were excellent and went a long way to making us feel relaxed about arriving at the villa. The information shared with us was excellent, from what to expect from the villa to restaurant recommendations. The villa itself is superb. The standard of furniture is excellent, making this a very comfortable stay. The kitchen and the bathrooms are of a very high standard. The garden and pool are a delight, which is fortunate as this is where we spent most of our time! The location is excellent. It is a very short drive to the beach and town and easy access to the mountains. It is blissfully quiet here, just so relaxing. We stayed here with our 2 children (12 and 8) and they absolutely loved it. I would definitely recommend this villa to families and small groups. We would love to return to Cyprus and when we do we will be looking to stay here! Thanks for having us.

We really enjoyed our stay in this pleasent villa. It turned out to be very well equipped and organised. The house, pool and garden were well taken care of. There was plenty of space in the villa for our family of two adults and two teenagers but the poolarea might be a bit narrow for a larger family. The neighbourhood was quiet and you can easily drive by car to the beach and other sights and attractions. The owners of the house were very helpful when we had questions and they provided us with useful information before we arrived. In summary, we had a very nice stay in Cyprus!
