About this villa rental
Golden View Villa is a perfectly formed new-build detached villa in mid Peyia, offering clean lines with a modern and sleek interior.
The property offers three levels.
At ground level there is an open plan and fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area with table and chairs to seat six, and a lounge with ample seating, a TV offering English channels, movies and sports and free wi-fi. Patio doors lead from the dining area and the lounge to the covered patio with further table and chairs for al-fresco dining, the swimming pool and sunbeds. There is also a cloakroom and under-stairs walk-in storage cupboard.
Stairs lead to the first floor offering a double master bedroom with en-suite shower room; two further double bedrooms and a shared bathroom providing another shower.
Continuing up to the second level there is a roof terrace providing sun beds, parasol and views of the sea. There is also a washing machine located on the landing.
The villa sits in its own gated grounds with off-street parking for one car, and the flower borders surrounding the house contain a host of sweet smelling plants such as lavender and young citrus trees.
Situated within a 5 minute drive of Coral Bay with its abundance of eateries and bars and large supermarket and of course two beautiful Blue Flag beaches and roughly the same distance to the heart of Peyia Village, with several tavernas offering a more relaxed and authentic dining experience. We would recommend hiring a car.

Perfect place to relax unwind and enjoy the Cypriot sunshine.The villa was immaculate inside and out, very stylish, has everything you need for a perfect stay. The pool was lovely and a refreshing dip after sitting in the sun was just what was needed. A lovely quiet area with sea and Mountain View’s from the roof terrace. We used the BBQ several times for alfresco dinning by the pool.TV and WiFi worked well, we mainly watched Netflix no connection issues, air conditioning was amazing in the heat.Good info pack in the Villa about the local area, trips, taxis and days out.Communication was first class and a Welcome Pack was arranged for us on arrival. We have stayed in lots of villas and this has to be our favourite. Britannia Supermarket is just down the road and open till 1amBrewery Bar has quiz nights and entertainment as well as good food, also few mins walk away as is Wood n Good and Harris Bar, both lovely for lunch or dinner, Coral Bay is 5 mins drive and definitely worth a visit or 2.We had a fantastic stay a home from home and will definitely recommend 10/10 and we will be back.

Absolutely perfect villa. Spotlessly clean and the perfect location for us. High specification finish and ultra modern. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Aimee was super helpful when we had a minor issue and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a perfect stay :)
