Laura Hills is a luxurious 5 star villa with breathtaking sea views. There are many beautiful beaches within a 5 mins' drive from our villa! With a private 10 x 5 m pool - and 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large terraces + bbq. Breathtaking sea views from all angles, following you every which way you turn at our villa. Mountain landscape surround ! Natural beauty - now this is Laura Hills!
Laura Hills offers guests privacy and tranquility, but the most stunning feature is the fabulous, unobstructed views of breathtaking coastline, from all rooms and levels; from the lower garden and pool areas, ( enjoy sea views while swimming in pool), then up to verandas, living areas and bedrooms there are panoramic sea views - villa is unique in this way. Sea views are not mere far-off images of sea horizon, but proper sea views - sea is so near you can see the waves. Its mountain location provides a tranquil, natural setting - and wonderful evening breeze.
Laura Hills is conveniently situated in the picturesque village of Peyia, yet nestled in a hillside and overlooking the sea, in a quiet cul-de-sac. This spacious and attractive two storey villa with its elegant, comfortable and modern style has been luxuriously furnished, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. External features include al fresco dining and bbq areas with large dining table + chairs + rattan sofas - a large kitchen terrace and a frontal, circulating terrace area, along the length of the villa, providing both sun and shade at various times of the day, thereby suiting all guests' preferences. Steps lead down to the large 10 x 5 m private pool with Roman steps. There is a gate at the top of the stairs, leading down to pool and pool terraces and sunbeds with thick, ULTRA COMFORTABLE mattresses to enjoy relaxing. Pool area has sun all day, with optional shade provided by parasols.To the front of villa there are mature, natural-looking Mediterranean trees and shrubs, (+ fruit trees). To the side and rear of the villa you find yourself within the wild, partly granite, (= unusual), mountainside of Peyia, roaming goats included! English housekeeping team maintain property to high standard of cleanliness. Although popular with honeymooners due to sheer romance, beauty and privacy of villa, it is also a welcoming home where families and friends can enjoy beauty and solace - and great outdoor living : sea, mountain, garden, pool. Villa includes, ( incl in price), independent use of air conditioning / heating units in all 3 bedrooms. NO TIMERS IN THE BEDROOMS. ENJOY YOUR UNINTERRUPTED SLEEP IN COOL ENVIRONMENT!! In the living areas + kitchen, there are another 2 AC units with independent use, with timer. There are 5 in total / excellent make, providing clean, hygienic filtered air / silent) , wifi access, legal cable TV + Smart tv + 'welcome pack'. There are optional blinds in all 3 bedrooms, as well as curtains, fly screens - and a quality hairdryer in each bedroom.

Was a stunning location very peaceful a real hidden gem, had a great equipped kitchen everything you needed beds were super comfy! Views were stunning Tracy was a great host lots of information and great communication will definitely be back again!

We had a fantastic family holiday at Laura Hills. The villa is clean and well equipped and in a very peaceful location. Tracy and Nicos are excellent hosts and couldn’t do enough to help us enjoy our holiday.

The perfect family holiday , from the moment we booked Tracy was amazing . Tracy and nicos went above and beyond to make our stay the most perfect holiday we have ever had . The villa was wonderful with amazing views and fully equipped with everything and more . I recommend this place with the highest acalade . You guys made our holiday so special . Beautiful villa with breathtaking views in great location. Photos do not do it justice. My husband and I have been coming to the Paphos region for 20 years. Laura Hills is one of the best villas we have stayed in. Set in a peaceful part of Peyia, the villa is equipped with everything you need to have a fantastic family holiday. Tracy & Nicos were wonderful hosts prior to our arrival, provided a generous welcome pack (including our favourite Cypriot beer & wine) & went above & beyond to ensure we had a wonderful holiday. The villa is very clean & all rooms are fully air conditioned. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. A lovely dining area & relaxing lounge area with large tv; has sports & access to Netflix too. WiFi was also appreciated. We used both bedrooms upstairs. Both have their own en-suite which my tween daughter was delighted about. Beds are very comfortable, high quality bed linens & fully air conditioned. Both bedrooms have balconies which open out to stunning views overlooking Peyia and the Coral Bay coastline. Outdoors there is a large wraparound terrace with both sunny and shaded areas to relax and sunbathe. The pool was lovely with a shower area & cleaned every couple of days. We also had a mid-stay clean too which was much appreciated. We had a late flight home & Tracy kindly gave us a late check out so we were still able to relax on our last day.
