About this villa rental
A Beautiful 3 bedroom Villa located close to the pretty village of Peyia, Paphos, about 2km from Coral Bay. Furnished to a comfortable standard and is located on a small complex of Villas,
The Villa is in its own fenced grounds with mature well maintained garden with lemon and fruit trees-please help yourself- very welcoming swimming pool and good size sunbathing terraces also a private drive for car parking. We now also have free Wi-Fi and all English T.V. channels and Netflix via Alexa cube box. Air-conditioning units are fitted to all rooms and is Free of charge and without timers so that you have a restful nights sleep.
The Villa is located 3km from Coral Bay, which has 2 lovely sandy beaches, the Corallia Beach which is next to the Hotel and bus terminus, has a breakwater, and is ideal for children, it also has a jetty for boat trips, water ski-ing and other water sports. Coral Bay also boasts a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. A welcome pack is available at an extra cost please let us know at time of booking if you require it. Entry is via a master lock at the door with the code sent along with directions at least 2 weeks before your Holiday. Note Bicycles are to hire only * no hot tub and there never has been*any queries tel Cliff 07815509391

The communications from the owners was excellent. The overall property was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There were even some unexpected touches with drinking water, a couple of bottles of wine as well as some food items. There was also some buckets,spades and other items for the beach, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone 10 out of 10 brilliant

villa was lovely, we had 7 days there really enjoyed the stay ,from the photos the pool look shadowed but it was a sun trap and was really warm,the bushes gave great privacy,would definitely recommend staying here,had a great time

This was our first visit to Cyprus and first time staying in a villa. We absolutely loved it and are looking at returning again next year. The villa is in a fantastic location, very quiet and gets the sun all day. We loved the garden and pool area and apart from when we were out for the day sightseeing we were always outside in the garden area. The villa itself is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the owners were fantastic at communicating during the booking process and sending us detailed directions etc. There is air cionditioning and balconies to all bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. You would need a car to enjoy this villa but everything you need or want to visit us within easy reach. There are so many historical sites and attractions to visit and you will never be lost for something to do. Thats why we plan to return as we couldnt fit everything in. We also found everywhere we went to eat the local ware extremely friendly and went out of their way to provide a great service. Would definitely recommend a visit to Cyprus.
