Villa Serendipity is a new luxury 3 bedroom detached villa with private swimming pool and air-conditioning throughout. It is situated on a quiet gated development within close vicinity of local beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops. It is 5 minutes stroll to the beautiful sandy Corallia beach and local eateries and supermarket.
Further restaurants and supermarkets are available in the main strip of coral bay which is a 5 minute bus ride from the bus stop across the road.
Coral bay is a strip of restaurants, cafes and tour operators. It offers a variety of cuisines including traditional cypriot, french, italian, Japanese, chinese and mexican. Excursions are available to the nearby akamas peninsula which includes a stunning national park. Aphrodite's baths are also located on the edge of this area.

The villa is amazing it’s clean and feels like home from home . This is our second time in the villa and we will be booking another stay . The owner is really helpful . It’s the perfect location and villa for a great stress free holiday thank you we had an amazing time

Lovely relaxing stay. Wonderful to have a pool & sea so close by. Slight lack of restaurants in immediate vicinity.

We stayed in this amazing villa for 10 days, we didnt want to come home. The villa was immaculate and the host was so helpful. The villa is very well looked after the pool and the surroundings are well maintained. We took my elderly grandparents and my young children they loved it.
Strongly recommend and cannot wait to book again
