Villa Natalia is a 3 bedroom, 2,5 bathroom villa allocated in a private complex within 250 meters from famous Laourou Beach.On the ground floor there is a spacious hall, a separate kitchen, a guest toilet and a patio with sliding windows, which allows you to relax there in any weather in winter and summer. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom and a balcony. A Private garden includes swimming pool, sun-beds, umbrellas and bbq.

The villa was well equipped, lovely and clean with a superb garden which had sun from 0800hrs through to 1800hrs even in late September. Within easy walking distance of beach some bars/ restaurants and supermarket. Main Coral Bay strip 15/ 20 minute walk but local bus service runs every 15 minutes. Host quick to respond to any questions we had. Welcome pack was nice bonus.

It was as a pleasure to book with Anastasia again this year. Our villa was everything we could possibly want for comfort, accommodation, cleanliness and situation. Aristo 12 is a very pleasant location just minutes walk from Corallia beach. Our villa was spacious and comfortable with a great pool and delightful garden. Communication with Mathew is so easy using WhatsApp. Altogether a fabulous holiday and thank you very much for the care you take to welcome guests. We hope to return next year. We had the best holiday in this high quality villa situated about 5 mins walk from the local restaurant of Legends with good food and entertainment and 20 mins walk from the main Coral Bay strip with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. The villa was spacious and clean. Lots of room in the lounge diner and large well equipped kitchen off the hall with a downstairs cloakroom. Kitchen had all the appliances you need and washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets provided. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were spacious with plenty of storage for clothes - the mattresses were hard but that suits most people. Master suite was amazing with a lovely large balcony with sea views and a large en suite with walk in shower. Air conditioning worked well. The outside space was wonderful with sun all day long but areas of shade from a well established garden. Lovely comfy garden furniture and the pool was beautiful and clean and warm - one shallow end you can kneel in and the other end was very deep so ideal for all ages and fun in the pool. Mathew who manages the property was so helpful with villa details before the trip and restaurant recommendations and answered any questions quickly. I would thoroughly recommend staying here - we had a lovely holiday with myself and my husband and two18 year old boys who found enough entertainment to keep them busy when they were awake in the afternoons and til the early hours!

The villa itself? Fabulous. Spotlessly clean, beautifully equipped, and in a location that was nothing short of perfect. We were even greeted with a lovely welcome package – though no milk or bread, which, being British, felt like a small national crisis over breakfast.Where things became less fabulous was the communication. Paying the balance was a saga: the payment link didn’t work, eventually I was told it would come out of the same account as the deposit (which it did), and yet I still received two more requests for payment..Surprises continued. The property description didn’t mention that electricity would be billed separately – that little nugget only appeared after the deposit was paid. Nor did it mention the CCTV pointed at the pool, which was less “holiday privacy” and more “Big Brother: sun lounger edition.”On the penultimate day, I spotted a 300 pending transaction from my account. After asking, I was told it was a damage deposit “just in case.” Again, not something we’d been informed about. And, once home, I was told we hadn’t followed the electricity policy and money would be deducted from the damage waiver. Luckily, photo and video evidence cleared that up – cue an apology for the miscommunication.So, in short: the villa and location were superb (truly faultless, CCTV aside), but the lack of clear communication about payments, electricity, and deposits did put a dampener on things. With a few tweaks to transparency, this would be a five-star experience.
