About this villa rental
Villa Limone is a luxury spacious 3 bedroom villa situated in Coral Bay with both sea and mountain views next door to our sister property a 2 bed villa ref 1960663. Perfect for families or couples and is furnished to a very high standard, with imported Italian furniture. It offers spacious open plan accommodation. There is a large private garden with off road parking, lawn to the front and extensive patio area around the pool to the side with lots of space for sunbathing. The pool is warmed via solar panels on the roof this raises the temperature by about 3 degrees so not enough for winter. There is a barbecue for alfresco dining. Shops,restaurants, and supermarket are all within a 5 minute walk as is the world famous Coral Beach, and bus stop with a regular service into Paphos and the Water Park. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

Great villa. Beach a short walk and the main strip of restaurants not too far away, was in walking distance.
The villa provided swimming towels which was very handy.
Lisa provided details of local car hire company which was so easy and fast to pick up from airport, would recommend them. Lisa also arranged a room in a hotel on our last day as we had a late flight which was very handy. The beach was great, used the watersports and local scuba diving company, would recommend both.
Would definitely stay again.

Arriving at Villa Limone late at night, we were met with a very stale smell in villa and more cobwebs, spiders and dead flies than is normal.
We decided to sleep on it and either move out following day or make do.
Following day, realised feet stuck to sticky floors. Visited Philips’s bought lots of cleaning products and cleaned villa…even tops were thick with dust and hair balls, fluff etc under beds and units in bedrooms.
The pool was supposed to be cleaned twice a week, but in reality Felix appeared each time we complained about mud in bottom of pool. After 4th visit I got a nasty text from him telling us not to contact again about the pool. My husband spent a large part of every day using net to clear pool, but obviously mud etc on bottom needed proper pool vac.
We couldn’t get the tv to work, in the end Felix came round followed instructions on sheet which were clearly wrong. He then said oh yes these could have been written better.
Kitchen, 2 casserole lids, no dishes, 3 saucepans box with about 15 lids in! When we mentioned it to Felix he said, oh yes, people break things or burn the saucepans and throw away.
The blurb said Italian furniture,it was a mismatch of old furniture, dining room chairs broken to varying degrees. Electric light fittings in living room not fitted to ceiling properly.
Front door sticks badly.
