Harmonia Luxury Villa by Nomads

The villa was well presented and had a great layout and came with everything we needed, including basic necessities (toilet roll, washing detergent, sugar, tea, soaps etc). The pool was a great size and the garden space was amazing for kids. We had an issue with the dishwasher not working but after a quick message, they fixed it the next morning and were quick to respond to any other queries we had. The best thing about the place we felt, was the location. Just a 4 minute walk to the Coral Bay strip and a bus stop at the end of the road to take us straight into Paphos. I would definitely stay here again, assuming the issues were addressed.

The description and the photos of the property are extremely misleading. Whilst the advert says “possible construction noise,” it’s most definitely “guaranteed construction noise.” They are building a new villa village right on the other side of the fence and we were woken up about 7am every morning to drilling and hammering which continued into the afternoon. Granted, this won’t last forever but considering the stage they are at it will be a while before completion. Due to this, the men working on the construction site at the villas had a clear view of our garden and whilst they were no bother to us, it was a little unsettling being overlooked at close proximity whilst trying to relax. Also, the photos show the garden area getting sunlight. The entire pool gets no sunlight at any point of the day due to the height of the trees along the border fence, they really need cut down or trimmed at least. This also caused a lot of debris going into the pool as there was no cover and due to lack of sunlight the pool was freezing a lot of the time. The only other disappointment was the description told us we’d get a view of the beach, but due to the construction, this is now gone.

Loved that it was modern and bright, clean and welcoming , and it had everything we needed.

The WiFi . The villas that are being built so close to the perimeter fence at the back of the property, maybe man co will do something to stop the villa being overlooked!
