About this house rental
This small unique complex of 6 villas is build on a small hill (35m above the sea) in a huge land (9500sqm) and only 900m from famous Coral Bay resort. Spacious bedrooms and patios around the pool and villa. wherever you are sitting ( except bedrooms) the view is amazing !! stunning view to the ocean & bananas plantations.
The villa is with open plan kitchen where are : washing machine, fridge-freezer, gas hops & electric oven, full equipped kitchen( glasses, plates, cutleries,), dining table & chairs, sofas and TV ( channels from all over the world ), DVD and free wi-fi. On the covered veranda there is a wooden table and chairs from where you can watch kids in the pool and enjoy the stunning view with glass of wine.
Air-conditioning (hot & cold air) in bedrooms payable locally at €6 per unit per day.
we do also long term rentals from November till middle of April so contact us for more details.

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 2 weeks, the villa was spotlessly clean inside and out. The pool was great,and the host was exceptional and attentive. Answered any questions we had and responded immediately to two minor issues that were corrected immediately. He was extremely friendly and had a great sense of humour. Absolutely no hesitation in using this villa again. Simos was very approachable and we feel that we have made ourselves a new friend, and we would not hesitate to recommend his villas.
