About this villa rental
KP7 is situated on Kastalia Park, a quiet and idyllic development set around a beautiful ravine between the village of Peyia and the beach resort of Coral Bay.
The property offers modern, clean and spacious open plan accommodation, and is absolutely perfect for couples and families.
There is a large master bedroom with en-suite, a further double bedroom with its own private patio area and a spacious twin bedroom, with two further shower rooms. There is also a sofa bed in the living room which enables the villa to sleep up to 7 if required.
Outside there is a lovely patio area, with a Souvla BBQ and room for both dining and relaxing. The size of the pool at this villa is 8mx4m.
Inside there is air conditioning, WIFI and satellite tv are provided. There is also use of a washing machine and dishwasher.
This lovely villa is set in a quiet cul-de-sac location and is within walking distance of the local bars and tavernas and in either direction either a 5 minute drive to the heart of Peyia Village or the stunning Blue Flag beaches at Coral Bay. We would recommend a hire car

We’ve stayed in some really nice villas in Peyia. This is another to add to the list. Great location, nice and peaceful cul-de-sac. Friendly and communicative host. Ideal for couples or families. Nicely equipped house. Car hire always makes life a lot easier in Peyia. Would definitely consider staying again.

This property was immaculate, everything inside that you will ever need . It’s definitely a home from home the villa had a very warm feeling from entering . The area was peaceful and quiet, the pool was also very clean. Will definitely see you and your team again Aimee I will highly recommend you and your places . I thank you for our beautiful stay , wished it was longer.
