Villa Olivia

We had a lovely stay here at Villa Olivia, enjoying the pool and great views from all balconys. The villa was clean, Ian and Olivia were incredibly helpful and we appreciated the supplies of milk, bread and other bits when we arrived. It was handy having a supermarket and bakery within walking distance as well as a few restaurants. I Would highly recommend this Villa, very spacious and great value for money, will hopefully return in the future.

We loved our stay at Villa Olivia and would certainly stay again. The villa is set in a lovely area which is close to a couple of bars/restaurants, a well stocked shop and pharmacy. It is however quiet as we wanted and peaceful with exceptional views of the surrounding areas. It was also only a 5 minute drive to the more bustling coral bay which has plenty of parking. The bedrooms are large and the beds were super comfortable and all led out onto balconies. The bathrooms were a good size and well equipped as was the kitchen. The air con was a god send as well as the pool area which my sons loved. The pool was surprisingly big and the downstairs area had a fully equipped kitchen, tv and sitting area which my sons loved as they are not massive sun lovers. I would recommend a car as the property is up in the hills as expected in Cyprus, I wouldn’t rent too large a car as access to the villa is fairly steep/narrow but wasn’t a problem for us at all as it made for breathtaking views and parking was fine. Ian and Olivia were very accommodating, I mentioned in passing about being bitten by mosquitoes and Olivia returned 5 minutes later with plug ins which reduced the bites greatly! They also had a bottle of wine, fruit, juice, bread and water in the fridge when we arrived late at night which was a god send and a nice touch.

Nothing- when you consider the cost, the location, the size what was there not to love?

Can’t rate this property highly enough. The villa is large and beautiful. The location is great for access to Coral Beach and only 20 minute drive to Harbour and 30/40 minutes from the airport. The villa has been very thoughtfully kitted out to have everything you could possibly need. The rooms are great sizes and beautifully done. The basement is kitted with an extra fully functional kitchen and, although we did not use it, the bbq is an added bonus. The property is perfect for families and couples alike. The pool is fantastic with really good seating and Sun loungers. We were welcomed by the hosts, Ian and Olivia, with fruit, wine and essentials. Ian and Olivia were amazing hosts and patient and understanding when I couldn’t work the air conditioning, pilot error, it worked perfectly. They checked in on us by message to make sure everything was ok which was lovely but let us enjoy a beautiful, peaceful holiday. I would highly recommend for a peaceful, relaxing holiday home that’s not far from the nightlife should you want it. Will definitely be booking again later in the year.

My only issue is we didn’t book for longer!!!

The Villa was much bigger than we expected according to the photos. It was full equipped and clean. Great located and very spacious Villa. At all times the people taking care of the house were available and very helpful. Full private pool.
