The breakfast is exceptional. It features a beautiful buffet but also offers cooked to order meals. The hotel itself is quite and very comfortable. My room was small but completely adequate.
The hallways, at least on the ground floor, are quite dark...a bit depressing. But the overall ambience is lovely.

Location close to Paddington, quiet, Safe
Communication with staff, strict no late check out policy, no notice of gym being closed or renovations being made. This was my 3rd time staying at the property, check in was fine but after that communications weren’t as warm and inviting as previous times (I was only asking for 30 minutes extra for check out time)
