Close to Hyde park. Clean and tidy.
Drinks from bar a bit pricey. Bar and food finishes at 11.00pm.

Welcomed by delightful Reception staff who were friendly and efficient. Our room was ready early and we had a room upgrade which was an added bonus. Genuinely impressed by this hotel - spacious and elegant public areas, lovely room which was completely sound-proof despite being very close to Reception. Great location for attending BST Hyde Park, and only a short walk to Paddington to get home. It's a busy area and only a few minutes from Bayswater Road, but the hotel is on a peaceful side street.

Fantastic location in a beautiful neighborhood. We stayed a week and it was fairly reasonable for an expensive city stay. Near many nice restaurants and grocery shops.
Beds were a bit firm but this was a small thing.

Good location next to Hyde Park. A pleasant area to stay in with good transport link options. Nearby bus stop with routes to Victoria and a selection of tube stops nearby. The room was decent and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Staff on front desk, at concierge desk and in dining room were pleasant and friendly. The lobby area is stylish and welcoming.
Room was a bit dated in parts, the shower tray showed signs of wear. We had issues with our air conditioning but staff were happy to help us one evening to address the issue and to open the window which was fixed shut. The cooked items at breakfast were not great quality and we would have rather eaten elsewhere. We found the hotel quite expensive for the quality of room.
