Spotlessly clean
Everything you need when travelling
Fantastic location
Would have preferred to be on level 3, as lift only went up to level 3 and then we had to use stairs.
Ok with a bag but if we had a heavy suitcase, not so good.

We had an excellent stay at The Cleveland and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London. Staying in Kensington was a fantastic experience, and the hotel provided the perfect base for exploring the city.
Our room was exceptionally spacious by London standards, with a comfortable bed, a lovely terrace, and plenty of room to relax. It was spotlessly clean, quiet at night, and equipped with useful amenities, including a mini fridge and kitchenette. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making our stay even more comfortable.
The location is another major advantage. The neighborhood offers a wide variety of restaurants, and the hotel is very well connected by both buses and the Underground, making it easy to get anywhere in London.
The elevator worked well, and throughout our stay, we did not encounter a single issue. Overall, finding such a spacious, comfortable, and well-located hotel in London felt like a real gem. We would absolutely stay here again and 100% recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
