Very recently refurbished, the staff were great, the location is a 2 minute walk into Hanley Town centre and there's ample free parking.
There's still work ongoing, so not all of the facilities were open - not a problem to me but if you plan on using the gym, check first.
Everything is brand new, with a string paint smell in my room.

Creaky floors, communal areas not clean. Night staff not the most welcoming.
