The staff was amazing - caring, provided great "real" recommendations for food/things to do, and responded quickly.
This specific room (White senior Villa - Annex Building), while incredibly spacious, had limited views, was separated from the main buildings, and was directly next to the pool of another hotel, with pretty direct views onto your patio. The quality control also seemed limited for the price; our AC was not working when we arrived, was only partially fixed, and then had to be fixed again the day before our last night. This only really mattered at night when we slept, but it's a pretty basic expectation that we had to manage. They at least were responsive when the issue was identified.
