The view of the caldera from this hotel is unmatched with an amazing sunset view from the pool area.
The hotel is luxurious,has all the necessary amenities required .. Staff was incredible and always helpful.The buffet breakfast was also delicious.

Great location, views were amazing, breakfast was tasty.
Some hooks in the room would have been helpful to hang jackets and bags and a couple of luggage stands as well

The caldera views and accommodation grounds were stunning. Great service and nice, quiet location. Facilities were comfortable and clean. They also provided a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a nice touch.
