Absolutely everything - the staff were so helpful, from getting our luggage down all those stairs, to organising transfers. The housekeeping staff and waiters were all happy and welcoming. The views are the best on the island. Breakfast being left on the balcony was idyllic. The restaurant was reasonably priced with the most spectacular sunset and great food. The room was full of character and has everything you need.

The room itself is very aesthetic and the sunset views from this hotel is just beautiful. It was worth staying here just for the views. The room had a hot tub and though the tub is not that hot, it was warm enough for a soak in. This was very enjoyable.
We did not have hot water on the first night. And this was on 1 May hence it was so cold. Coming from the equator (Singapore), it was really uncomfortable bathing in cold water when it was already cold. I was also feeling unwell at this point of time. We informed the staff and one of them came to check on it. Thankfully, next morning we were able to get hot water. Another thing is that we were travelling as a family and hence, we booked this room since it can hold 5 pax. But its not family friendly since one of the bathrooms have no door. and for the other shower room, someone would be able to peek into it. So just a head up on this for families. However, we should have doubled checked on this before booking. So this is more on us.
