Luxury not. Pictures are deceiving because you will be shocked. Staff attitude is appalling. Pay more and enjoy the other hotels around. Good location though.

This is a wonderful spot located right in front of the iconic blue dome — the perfect place for photos! The room is very spacious and full of traditional character; it truly feels like staying in a beautiful, authentic cave house. It does have a steep staircase for the mezzanine, so if you have kids be cautious. There’s a restaurant very close called Blue Note with a speechless view of the sunset and delicious gourmet food!!!
However, there were a couple of issues that kept the experience from being perfect:
1. The plunge pool needs maintenance, and the cushion was quite worn and dirty.
2. Breakfast is delivered in a box, which takes away from the charm of enjoying a relaxed meal in such a dreamy setting.
3. As expected, many people stop by to take pictures in front of the dome, so be sure to keep the gate closed for privacy.
4. They charge $25 per person for extra towels. It’s a cave and it’s hard to get the used ones dry because the humidity, I haven’t seen this in other hotel.
Despite these points, it’s still a memorable place to stay but I hope they fix it so it becomes glamorous too.

We should have taken it as a sign when we first arrived and there was no power. The following days power was on and off and water shower was weak to no water at all. It was horrible! I kept asking them what's going on, seems like no action taken "kept saying someone will check!" until I complained and I was changed to a different room at my last day of stay. honestly ruined my day plans and mood for the evening.
The view was great without a doubt. Breakfast was inconsistent but it was convenient. Make sure you close your windows or else a cat will come inside.
