It's hard to capture in words the experience we had staying at this bespoke and beautiful hotel. The location is fantastic and we would, without hesitation, highly recommend staying at Kivotos Santorini Hotel in Imerovigli. The architecture and unique design of the hotel, pool, restaurant, and rooms are unbelievable. The pictures on their website are very accurate but still can't do it justice - you just have to experience this hotel!
The hotel and rooms are kept spotless. The food and views at the restaurant were exceptional, and the staff who served breakfast, room service, and dinner were true professionals. We also indulged in massages with the therapist, Laoura Gini... she is highly experienced and excellent! Try the sound therapy/Chakra balance- very, very cool :)!
The views from every room are just out of this world. Again, pictures just can't do it justice... Every morning, I could not wait to wake up and greet the day from our room's terrace with my coffee... overlooking some of the most panoramic, breathtaking views we have ever seen.
All that being said, it was the people who truly make this hotel world class and an experience that we were so very lucky to have had. Every single person made this exceptional, one of a kind hotel something truly special and hard to capture with words ... i.e. Kivotos's General Manager greeting us when we arrived; the personal interactions with the concierges/Reservation team (thank you again ladies for all of your exceptional, personal assistance while we were in Santorini !); the housekeeping team that left our room spotless every day and the lady who did turn down service at night and left us special chocolates and treats... caring, sincere, exceptional, warm and welcoming...
What can I say, don't hesitate to book your stay at this unique, elegant hotel.

AMAZING HOTEL. We stay for the honeymoon holiday. Maria welcomed us, helped with everything. The hotel upgraded our room and gave us their most expensive room. The interior design of the room, the view, the breakfast, the restaurant and the friendly staff are very nice. Thanks Kivotos

The location is simply perfect — breathtaking views of the caldera that change colors throughout the day. The food at Mavro Restaurant is a true sensory experience, refined in every detail and full of flavor. What truly makes the stay unforgettable, though, is the kindness and attentiveness of the entire staff — especially Panos and Apostolia, the talented chef at Mavro, and Aris Salonikas, the impeccable and always-present manager.
Honestly, nothing worth mentioning — every detail was handled with care and professionalism, making it hard to find any flaw.

One of the best Hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The views from the Jacuzzi and restaurant were absolutely breathtaking. The breakfasts were fresh and tasty. Panos in the restaurant was always accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We stayed for our honeymoon and the hotel made up our room with rose petals and a free bottle of Prosecco upon our arrival. One of my favourite hotels I have ever stayed at!
No fault of the hotel or staff but just a note to remember. Keep in mind that privacy in your private jacuzzi and patio are a little bit limited due to the layout of buildings constructed on the cliffs of Santorini.
